      BFW / 7th axis

INDUNORM'S 7TH AXIS. GREATER RANGE OF MOTION FOR YOUR ROBOT. The Indunorm Robot Transfer Unit The classic six-axis kinematics of industrial robots cover a wide range of motion requirements. However, as soon as larger components or extended work cells need to be handled, this structure reaches its limits. The 7th axis—a linear guide unit—transforms stationary robots into mobile systems. This achieves a significant extension of reach without disrupting the control and integration of the system. 7th Axis for Industrial Robots and Cobots New to our product range, in addition to our proven steel 7th axes, we now also offer lightweight aluminum 7th axes, ideal for collaborative robots and applications where weight, dynamics, and easy integration are critical. This sensibly rounds out our offering for lighter loads.

    4. BigRep Drycon - Industrial Filament Dry Cabinet

BigRep Drycon - Industrial Filament Dry Cabinet

Your reliable partner for drying, storing, and tempering 3D printer filaments for maximum part performance. MAXIMIZE YOUR PART'S PERFORMANCE The DRYCON is the only dual-chamber machine on the market that combines three functions: drying, storage, and tempering. It was designed to be the perfect partner for your 3D printer, helping you unlock the full potential of your additive manufacturing process. DRYCON Delivers Quality Improve the quality, strength, and durability of your 3D prints. Through drying, optimal storage, and tempering, you ensure your parts perform at their best and are durable. WHY DRY FILAMENTS? Improves Print Quality Hygroscopic filaments absorb moisture, leading to bubbles, holes, and poor layer bonding. Drying ensures a smooth surface and higher print quality. Increases Print Success Rate Moisture in filaments leads to irregular flow, causing under- or over-extrusion, stringing, and bleeds. Drying filaments can reduce print errors and failures. Keeps filaments print-ready Completely dried and optimally stored filaments save valuable time. Drying saves you the time required for pre-printing steps, allowing you to start printing immediately. Ensures dimensional accuracy Wet filaments expand unevenly during printing, leading to warping and inaccuracies. Drying ensures precise prints by preserving the material's original shape. Improves mechanical strength Prints made with wet filament are weaker and prone to cracking. Dry filaments, on the other hand, ensure better layer adhesion and more robust prints.

    10. blueglobe

      blueglobe

Very large sealing ranges, highest density, very good strain relief and a unique marking - these are the features of the blueglobe. The core element of the blueglobe cable gland is the blue spherical sealing insert. Its innovative geometry achieves strain relief values that far exceed the normative requirements. With regard to protection against dust and water, PFLITSCH sets new standards with IP 68 up to 15 bar for a duration of one hour. In addition, the blueglobe cable gland passes the IP 69 water jet test. The moulded-on inlets extend the sealing ranges of a nominal size by 100 % in some cases. Three types (M16, M25 and M40) are sufficient to securely seal all cable diameters from 4 mm to 32 mm. Conventional cable glands require up to five sizes for this. When the pressure screw is tightened, the captive blueglobe sealing insert concentrates the sum of the forces optimally on the cable being fed through and encloses it over a large area. The optimised force distribution reliably prevents the notch effect that occurs with lamella systems. Damage to the cable sheath is impossible with the blueglobe sealing principle.
