Yaskawa D1000 – Regenerative Drive Unit The Yaskawa D1000 is a high-performance Active Frontend unit designed for energy-efficient four-quadrant operation. Instead of being wasted as heat, braking energy is actively fed back into the supply grid and made available to other consumers — reducing energy costs and improving production efficiency through shorter machine cycles. Clean grid feedback: The sinusoidal input current features a total harmonic distortion of less than 5%, with a power factor of approximately cos φ = 1. This protects generators, transformers, and cables while minimising interference with other system components. Stable DC bus voltage: Even under fluctuating supply conditions, the DC bus voltage remains constant — ensuring consistent control quality for connected drives regardless of installation location. Flexible configuration: The D1000 is suitable both as a 1:1 solution for single drives (elevators, escalators, presses) and for complex 1:n multi-drive systems combining frequency inverters, servo systems, and robots. In a shared bus configuration, braking energy is distributed directly within the common DC link. Power range: 5 to 630 kW, for 200 V and 400 V networks, with an overload capacity of 150% for 60 seconds. Complete package: The D1000 is supplied as a complete package including LCL filter module, input chokes, and optional EMC filter — a single order number, all components perfectly matched. Certified to UL, CE, and RoHS.

Yaskawa R1000 – Regenerative Unit The Yaskawa R1000 is an intelligent regenerative unit for single and multi-axis drive systems with a high proportion of braking energy. Rather than dissipating braking energy as heat, the R1000 feeds it directly back into the supply grid — available to other consumers and delivering measurable cost savings. Intelligent system design: Since only the braking force determines the sizing, the R1000 can be specified smaller than the connected drive. This saves installation space, reduces costs, and maximises overall system efficiency. Universal compatibility: The R1000 works with all standard frequency inverters that provide full access to the DC bus — making it ideal for both new installations and retrofitting existing systems. Compatible with Yaskawa A1000, V1000, and L1000A/L1000V, among others. Wide application range: Elevators, escalators, cranes, centrifuges, winders, presses, and many other applications with continuous or cyclic braking operation benefit from the R1000. Power range: 3.5 to 300 kW at 380–480 V AC, with an overload capacity of 150% for 30 seconds. In continuous operation, 80% braking torque is permanently available. Complete package: Includes current suppression choke, optional IP20 enclosure, and EMC filter — all perfectly matched, one order number. Certified to UL, CE, and RoHS.

Zeta 620 G2
The Zeta 620 G2 assembly machine provides wires on two process models fully equipped for control cabinet construction – including labeling and terminals. Manual processes take time and require properly trained personnel. The Zeta 620 wire processing machine simplifies the wire assembly process. It produces complete parts lists fully automatically and sorts and labels the cables so that they only need to be laid in the control cabinet. With modules, the process is adapted to your needs and up to 24 cable types and up to seven different ferrules are processed without changeover. The processing parameters are converted with TopConvert and sent directly to the machine at the Komax interface WPCS. This also eliminates the need to program articles manually.
