The medium (e.g. water, oil or chemicals) enters the bypass via an inlet and outlet opening, whereby the liquid level in the bypass corresponds exactly to that in the main tank. This means that the measurement can be carried out independently of the turbulent flow behaviour or mechanical installations in the main tank, which enables interference-free and more precise detection. The high-quality stainless steel offers high corrosion resistance and robustness. This makes these switches ideal for use in demanding and harsh industrial environments.

      Das automatisierte Plattformfahrzeug C-MATIC von Linde Material Handling eignet sich optimal für den Materialtransport über kurze und mittlere Strecken bei beengten Platzverhältnissen. Die Ladung kann zusammen mit unterfahrbaren Transporttischen aufgenommen und abgesetzt werden. Auch der Transport zwischen statischen Umladestationen oder Förderbändern ist möglich. Je nach Modell bewältigt das automatisierte Fahrzeug Lasten von maximal 1.000 oder 1.500 Kilogramm. Fahrrouten und -aufträge werden per Software gesteuert. Im Raum orientieren sich die Plattformfahrzeuge entlang von am Boden angebrachten QR-Codes, stoppen selbsttätig vor Hindernissen oder umfahren diese. Dank Sicherheitstechnik und sehr kompakter Außenmaße können die C-MATIC-Geräte auch eingesetzt werden, wenn sich im Umfeld andere Fahrzeuge und Fußgänger bewegen. Die Anwendungen können flexibel verändert oder mit zusätzlichen Fahrzeugen erweitert werden.

      Der autonome mobile Transportroboter Linde C-MATIC HP ist die ideale Lösung für automatisierte Abläufe im Mischbetrieb, wo er problemlos gemeinsam mit Personen, manuellen Fahrzeugen und anderen autonomen Flurförderzeugen im selben Umfeld agieren kann. Er transportiert selbstständig Paletten und Rollgestelle, bewegt Lasten bis 1.000 Kilogramm über mittlere und lange Strecken und erreicht dabei eine maximale Geschwindigkeit von 8 km/h. Dank der innovativen Konturnavigation (SLAM) sucht sich das Fahrzeug seine Route selbst und ist daher in der Lage, bei Bedarf Hindernisse zu umfahren. Eine fest installierte Infrastruktur ist nicht notwendig. Der C-MATIC HP ist für flexible Lastaufnahme optimiert. Damit kann er auch nicht ideal positionierte Ladungsträger wie Trolleys aufnehmen. Über die cloud-basierte Softwaresteuerung lässt sich der Transportroboter mühelos in die übergreifenden Intralogistikprozesse integrieren.

      Monitoring of system components is now widely used to increase system availability and carry out maintenance work cost-effectively. The focus is usually on external actuators and sensors, while the control cabinet as the heart of the system often receives less attention. However, the inside of the enclosure is also exposed to numerous hazards and the effects of ageing. Temperature, humidity, air pressure, vibration and shocks are typical environmental factors that can affect the service life of the enclosure. With a Cabinet Guard in the control cabinet, all this information can be monitored, analysed or alarms generated, completely independently of the PLC. The Cabinet Guard is configured conveniently via a web interface. The measured values can be easily forwarded to other components or higher-level systems (host computer, MES, cloud) via MQTT and ModbusTCP. At the same time, the measured values can be saved to an SD card for long-term recording, which also enables long-term evaluation of ageing phenomena. To improve the efficiency of the system, the recordings of the control cabinets of different machines can be compared and thus optimisation possibilities can be found in the design. Thanks to its distance sensor, the Cabinet Guard can also monitor the opening of the enclosure doors. The Cabinet Guard is therefore also an important sensor when considering the security of a machine.
