Working Student Business Development (m/f/d)

These tasks await you:
Contribute to real sales processes:
* Initial qualification of inbound leads via marketing channels
* Reach out to leads by phone with the goal of scheduling demo appointments with our sales team
* Prepare follow-up presentations and offers
Suppor campaigns and messaging
* Eevelope creative ideas for email and phone outreach
* Develope and test hooks and messaging
* Analyze campaign performance (e.g., response rates) and deriving optimizations
Prepare events / webinars
* Assistance with booking and organizing events
* Qualify lead tracking (e.g. after webinars or trade shows)
* Optional: Active participation in trade fairs following internal product training
Research and maintenance of lead and customer data:
* Structured research of new target companies and development of target customer lists
* Screen and document interested companies that respond to our advertisements
* Improve data quality in the customer relationship management tool (Pipedrive)
You should bring this with you:
* Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable field
* Interest in sales, startups and technology
* First experience in sales, marketing or business development is a plus
* Structured way of working and personal initiative
* Strong communication skills and desire to reach out to people
* C2 level German and good English

It continuously analyzes machine data, detects anomalies early, and notifies teams with clear, actionable context. As part of the Application Engineering team, you’ll take ownership of our data storage and warehouse foundations (schemas, performance, reliability, and access patterns), while also shipping production-grade backend services and RESTful APIs that power our customer application and anomaly review workflows.
