DocumenTable enables you to take photos for documentation right at your logistics table in your dispatch or incoming goods department. The first step is to scan the delivery note number with the integrated scanner; this activates the system. As soon as the packet (or one layer in the packet) is readily packed, you can trigger the camera by operating the push button. The images are automatically named with the delivery note number and a date and time stamp (exact to the second); this assigns them clearly and uniquely. The generated data is saved to the integrated storage (standard: 25 GB) and can be retrieved over the corresponding network. An integrated and clearly visible LED strip shows the system status at any given time. Other distinct indicators for scanning, such as order number, packet number or customer number, can also be used as identifiers for images. The corresponding shelf for SYSTEM FLEX is fully equipped, readily installed and merely needs to be connected to your power supply and IT-network. BOXEXPERT presents the Treva ATEX series, a specially developed enclosure solution for explosive environments. The robust cold-rolled sheet steel housings offer a maximum impact resistance rating of IK10 and an IP66 protection rating, making them resilient in extreme conditions. The optionally available stainless steel version not only meets the requirements of explosion protection, but also hygiene requirements in chemical environments. Treva ATEX enclosures are certified according to the Equipment and Protection Systems Directive 2014/34/EU. The LOM or Dekra certification ensures suitability for use in zones 1 and 2 (gas) and 21 and 22 (dust). The series offers increased safety in accordance with EN 60079-7 to avoid sparks and excessive temperatures. A 2 mm thick mounting plate made of galvanized sheet steel is included, which allows electrical components to be attached without affecting the housing properties. The Treva ATEX series also offers a wide range of accessories, including a modular frame, an additional inner door and special ATEX cable glands for secure cable entry with increased safety (Ex e II) and flameproof enclosure (Ex d II). Treva ATEX stands for certified safety and reliability in potentially explosive environments.

This enables platform-independent, flexible, and scalable monitoring and control of industrial processes. Access via a standard web browser The system is accessed exclusively via standard web browsers, without the need for additional plugins or software installations. Vertical engineering The object-oriented structure based on OPC UA enables consistent vertical engineering. This facilitates the reusability of controller and visualization modules and increases efficiency in the engineering process. Hot-Standby Redundancy The system offers hot-standby redundancy in pure web technology, which ensures high availability. This includes redundancy of data sources, network connections, the SCADA system itself, and browser switching. Extended connectivity With OPC UA as a widely used interface, atvise® SCADA connects process data from all well-known controller manufacturers. The atvise® connect communication module extends the interfaces with protocols such as Modbus, KNX, MQTT, BACnet, and access to Siemens and Rockwell controllers without an OPC UA server. Dynamic alarm processing atvise® SCADA offers extensive functions in the area of alarm processing. Alarms can be structured in arbitrarily nested alarm hierarchies and enriched with additional process information at runtime. High-performance archiving Process data, alarms, and user interactions can be efficiently logged. Over 40 nested aggregation functions are available for processing archived raw data, which can be used, for example, to determine average values, minimums, and maximums. Powerful scripting engine The integrated server scripting engine enables optimal utilization of the runtime system's resources. Functions include the manipulation and creation of data points, objects, and project content at runtime, the processing of alarm.
