The XtrapulsPac HP is a compact and flexible 230 and 480V AC servo controller with excellent properties. With its functions and interfaces, a very large range of single and multi-axis applications can be covered. The device is available for wall, push-through and cold plate mounting. The XtrapulsPac can be configured as an independent servo drive for a wide variety of operating modes. In addition, it can be integrated into automation systems with PLC, CNC or motion controller via field buses. Libraries with known standard functions are available to the programmer for this purpose. On the basis of the flexibility, the device is suitable for servo applications in most machines and systems.

The device is optimized in terms of functionality and costs and is therefore particularly suitable for applications in which price is a decisive factor. The XtrapulsEasy 60 VDC servo controller can be easily integrated into automation systems with PLC, CNC or motion controller. The connection via fieldbus CANopen® or via RS-232 enables the use of all standard functions according to DS402 that are available in the XtrapulsEasy. The device can also be configured as a speed controller with an analog interface. This flexibility allows the embedded use of the device in a wide variety of machines and applications.

The XtrapulsEasy ™ 60 VDC DB is a plug-in version of the XtrapulsEasy ™ 60 VDC series as a system-on-module format and is operated with a voltage between 24 VDC and 60 VDC. This extremely compact and lightweight module also offers excellent vibration resistance and is therefore particularly suitable for embedded applications such as self-driving vehicles (AGV). The XtrapulsEasy ™ 60 VDC DB servo controller is plugged onto a main circuit board, which is equipped with all the components required for motion control. Thanks to this property, extended functions for controlling brushless motors can be adapted to a corresponding application board without special knowledge in the area of ​​motor control.

The XtrapulsPac SF01 servo controller for the control of brushless motors complements the XtrapulsPac series with safety functions for the movements to monitor the motor behavior and thus protects users and machines against uncontrolled and dangerous movements. The monitoring of the motor movements by means of safety functions allows intervention in a stopped machine (safe stop) without switching it off. The resulting time savings shorten machine downtimes and increase productivity.

YAMA SOFT - ELASTIC - CUSHIONING Yama Soft in the form of a sandwich panel with a honeycomb core has at least one zone with resilient and elastic properties. These ‘soft’ zones are created by intentionally pressing the honeycomb core. Yaskawa D1000 – Regenerative Drive Unit The Yaskawa D1000 is a high-performance Active Frontend unit designed for energy-efficient four-quadrant operation. Instead of being wasted as heat, braking energy is actively fed back into the supply grid and made available to other consumers — reducing energy costs and improving production efficiency through shorter machine cycles. Clean grid feedback: The sinusoidal input current features a total harmonic distortion of less than 5%, with a power factor of approximately cos φ = 1. This protects generators, transformers, and cables while minimising interference with other system components. Stable DC bus voltage: Even under fluctuating supply conditions, the DC bus voltage remains constant — ensuring consistent control quality for connected drives regardless of installation location. Flexible configuration: The D1000 is suitable both as a 1:1 solution for single drives (elevators, escalators, presses) and for complex 1:n multi-drive systems combining frequency inverters, servo systems, and robots. In a shared bus configuration, braking energy is distributed directly within the common DC link. Power range: 5 to 630 kW, for 200 V and 400 V networks, with an overload capacity of 150% for 60 seconds. Complete package: The D1000 is supplied as a complete package including LCL filter module, input chokes, and optional EMC filter — a single order number, all components perfectly matched. Yaskawa R1000 – Regenerative Unit The Yaskawa R1000 is an intelligent regenerative unit for single and multi-axis drive systems with a high proportion of braking energy. Rather than dissipating braking energy as heat, the R1000 feeds it directly back into the supply grid — available to other consumers and delivering measurable cost savings. Intelligent system design: Since only the braking force determines the sizing, the R1000 can be specified smaller than the connected drive. This saves installation space, reduces costs, and maximises overall system efficiency. Universal compatibility: The R1000 works with all standard frequency inverters that provide full access to the DC bus — making it ideal for both new installations and retrofitting existing systems. Compatible with Yaskawa A1000, V1000, and L1000A/L1000V, among others. Wide application range: Elevators, escalators, cranes, centrifuges, winders, presses, and many other applications with continuous or cyclic braking operation benefit from the R1000. Power range: 3.5 to 300 kW at 380–480 V AC, with an overload capacity of 150% for 30 seconds. In continuous operation, 80% braking torque is permanently available. The Zebra ZT411 label printer is part of the ZT400 series and an evolution of the ZT410. As a high-performance industrial printer, it is designed for long-term use and applications in manufacturing, transportation and logistics, retail, and healthcare. Depending on the label size, the ZT411 prints several thousand labels per day. The Zebra ZT411 prints labels with text and barcodes using both thermal transfer and direct thermal printing. The ZT411 is available with a choice of 203 dpi, 300 dpi, or 600 dpi printheads and achieves a maximum print speed of up to 14 ips (14 inches per second = 356 mm/s at 203 dpi). The maximum print width is 104 mm. The Zebra ZT411 uses ribbons up to 450 meters in length, significantly reducing the frequency of ribbon changes. The key difference from its predecessor, the ZT410, is the new 4.3-inch color touchscreen! This allows for quick navigation through the printer settings to change languages, printer settings, connectivity options, and more. The ZT411 comes standard with USB, serial, LAN (Ethernet), and Bluetooth interfaces, which can be expanded as needed.

The Zeta 620 G2 assembly machine provides wires on two process models fully equipped for control cabinet construction – including labeling and terminals. Manual processes take time and require properly trained personnel. The Zeta 620 wire processing machine simplifies the wire assembly process. It produces complete parts lists fully automatically and sorts and labels the cables so that they only need to be laid in the control cabinet. With modules, the process is adapted to your needs and up to 24 cable types and up to seven different ferrules are processed without changeover. The processing parameters are converted with TopConvert and sent directly to the machine at the Komax interface WPCS. This also eliminates the need to program articles manually.
