The XtrapulsEasy ™ 60 VDC DB is a plug-in version of the XtrapulsEasy ™ 60 VDC series as a system-on-module format and is operated with a voltage between 24 VDC and 60 VDC. This extremely compact and lightweight module also offers excellent vibration resistance and is therefore particularly suitable for embedded applications such as self-driving vehicles (AGV). The XtrapulsEasy ™ 60 VDC DB servo controller is plugged onto a main circuit board, which is equipped with all the components required for motion control. Thanks to this property, extended functions for controlling brushless motors can be adapted to a corresponding application board without special knowledge in the area of motor control.

XtrapulsPac SF01
The XtrapulsPac SF01 servo controller for the control of brushless motors complements the XtrapulsPac series with safety functions for the movements to monitor the motor behavior and thus protects users and machines against uncontrolled and dangerous movements. The monitoring of the motor movements by means of safety functions allows intervention in a stopped machine (safe stop) without switching it off. The resulting time savings shorten machine downtimes and increase productivity.

Zebra ZT411
The Zebra ZT411 label printer is part of the ZT400 series and an evolution of the ZT410. As a high-performance industrial printer, it is designed for long-term use and applications in manufacturing, transportation and logistics, retail, and healthcare. Depending on the label size, the ZT411 prints several thousand labels per day. The Zebra ZT411 prints labels with text and barcodes using both thermal transfer and direct thermal printing. The ZT411 is available with a choice of 203 dpi, 300 dpi, or 600 dpi printheads and achieves a maximum print speed of up to 14 ips (14 inches per second = 356 mm/s at 203 dpi). The maximum print width is 104 mm. The Zebra ZT411 uses ribbons up to 450 meters in length, significantly reducing the frequency of ribbon changes. The key difference from its predecessor, the ZT410, is the new 4.3-inch color touchscreen! The Zeta 620 G2 assembly machine provides wires on two process models fully equipped for control cabinet construction – including labeling and terminals. Manual processes take time and require properly trained personnel. The Zeta 620 wire processing machine simplifies the wire assembly process. It produces complete parts lists fully automatically and sorts and labels the cables so that they only need to be laid in the control cabinet. With modules, the process is adapted to your needs and up to 24 cable types and up to seven different ferrules are processed without changeover. The processing parameters are converted with TopConvert and sent directly to the machine at the Komax interface WPCS. This also eliminates the need to program articles manually.
