The SMART.DOCK was developed to automate and optimize precisely these processes. The compact and modular Scangate is seamlessly integrated into your warehouse. It operates quickly and contactlessly, eliminating the need to dismount or even stop the forklift. Barcode labels are scanned on one or both sides while in motion and processed directly by the system. Data can be exchanged with your databases. Thanks to the intelligent traffic light system at the checkpoint, staff receive direct feedback. This ensures that the scanned goods have actually been sent to the correct truck.

The integration of our stationary SMART.DOCK Scangates with state-of-the-art RTLS technology enables you to track pallets and other containers moved within the warehouse by industrial trucks. Whether during relocation, staging, or loading, SMART.TRACK offers the ability to automatically document the placement of pallets, containers, etc., both in the warehouse and in outdoor areas—without the need for time-consuming manual scanning. smartLink HW-DP provides PLC independent access to PROFIBUS DP Networks. It enables Plant Asset Management for field devices using standard industry tools and allows using HART IP as a standardized format. smartLink HW-DP is a compact tool that can be integrated without interfering with the operation of existing installations. Thus, it enables Industry 4.0 connectivity for new and existing PROFIBUS DP networks.

smartLink SW-HT is a HART multiplexer that provides a simple and fast access to HART field devices without additional hardware. It is a software interface solution for HART devices connected to Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, R.Stahl, Turck or Altus HART IO modules. Ready for the Internet of Things and high performance The SoniXs TR-Connect comes with an all-inclusive digital package. This machine was launched on the market in 2023 as the successor to the SoniXs TR-6 Pro and SoniXs TR-6 Base. Featuring an integrated WebHMI, it can be operated via LAN interface using customer devices or optionally via tablet attached to the machine. Users can view key parameters – including performance, strapping settings and availability – and easily adjust them to their specific requirements. The data generated by the machine can also be used to comprehensively analyse performance and predict maintenance intervals. The machine’s standard interface makes it possible to seamlessly integrate the units into a fully automated line, where it shines with an output capacity of up to 45 strapped packages per minute. Thanks to automatic Cycle Rate Adjustment (CRA), the machine adapts to the throughput of upstream machines and processes. When it receives info about changing package sizes via sensors or interface signals, it can also automatically change product data presets.
