With the REX 250 industrial routers, Ethernet subscribers, such as PLC controllers, can be achieved regardless of manufacturer. In addition to remote maintenance, the REX 250 routers can also read data from the PLC, visualize and generate alarms. For remote maintenance and data transmission, the industrial router uses an encrypted VPN tunnel based on the secure OpenVPN protocol. The REX 250 routers also enable remote maintenance and data access to PLCs via an MPI / PROFIBUS and via an RS232 interface. With the 4 digital inputs, alarms can be sent via SMS and email via the myREX24 V2 Portal. The 2 digital outputs can change the system states of the router, e.g. with a lamp on the control cabinet, or can be activated via the portal. The USB host interface available on all devices enables the connection of USB device devices (eg programming interface of a drive) via the remote maintenance tunnel (USB-over-IP). The REX 250 WiFi establishes the connection to the myREX 24 V2 portal via WLAN. Additional Ethernet devices can be connected to the router via the integrated 4-port switch. New possibilities for ST series safety sensors Pizzato Elettrica further expands its range of ST series RFID safety sensors with the introduction of the new ST H version. The ST H series RFID sensors are equipped with all the technical and operating features already available in the ST G series, including: M12 plastic or stainless steel connector; Multicolour signalling LED, visible from both sides of the housing; Multitag programming; Versions for wide temperature ranges from -35°C to +85°C. Magnetic holding of the actuator Devices of the ST H series can be configured with a permanent magnet incorporated inside the housing, able to generate a holding force between sensor and actuator. This way, the guard can be kept closed even where there are vibrations, after a recoil during closing, or in areas where air turbulence tends to open the lighter guards. The magnetic holding force can be selected among three different magnitudes, in order to adapt to any usage situation. It is made in the RONTRON-R-JUWEL design and includes a RGB-SMD LED. Besides the option to choose between 7 colours, the illumination uniformity and the depth of colour have become even more homogeneous and intense. The standard colours are white, red, green, blue, yellow, magenta and cyan, but it is possible to access the whole RGB colour range, using a PWM signal (pulse width modulation). The pilot light is easily connected via the SMD flat clamp, just inserting the cable. The clamp ensures the connection and keeps the cable in place. A safety diode protects the LED against damage in case of improper connection of the cable. The new RGB pilot light is made for 22.3 mm mounting holes and fulfils IP65, being dust and waterproof. It is designed for an operating voltage of 24V and a max. amperage of 50mA, having an operating temperature range of -30°C to 70°C.

The METZ CONNECT field assembled RJ45 field plug pro is the right choice for structured cabling with industry or data centers with high data transmission rates up to 40 GBit/s where high-performance and reliable connections are needed. The RJ45 field plug pro is available in a 180° straight and 360° angled, 4-pair and 2-pair version. It can easily be connected to all common cable types without much preparation and its new design allows it to be used in restricted spaces. It impresses with its robust zinc die-cast housing and protected latch for industrial use. Its compact design makes the connector multi-port capable while being fully shielded. The RJ45 field plug pro is designed for field assembly without the need for special tools. The RJ45 network sockets meet the latest standards for data transmission rates and are available in socket-socket or socket-cable variants with male connector. The RJ45 sockets are available with a full shielding option for front and rear connection as well as with simple shielding on the output cable (the latter only for versions with rear cable connection). Effective internal shielding is useful in the event of any electromagnetic interference, which can disturb or compromise the quality of data transmission.
