Field Sales Representative (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for actively selling our solutions and acquiring new customers across Germany. You will strategically expand existing client relationships and ensure their long-term development. You will present our products on-site, prepare tailored proposals, and lead contract negotiations through to closing. Through systematic follow-up, you will optimize close rates and develop targeted solutions to drive revenue growth.
You have a technical or business degree (or equivalent qualification), experience in B2B sales, and strong communication and negotiation skills. A self-driven, structured work style, willingness to travel, and a confident professional presence complete your profile.
We offer a permanent contract with a base salary plus commission, a company car (also for private use), attractive additional benefits, and an open, collaborative work environment.

Your challenge with us

- Sales and customer management
- Active sales and acquisition of new customers throughout Germany
- Support, maintenance, and strategic expansion of existing customer relationships
- On-site presentations and product demonstrations
- Preparation of tailored offers and contract negotiations up to conclusion
- Systematic follow-up on offers and optimization of closing rates
- Development of customized solution proposals to increase revenue

What you bring with you

- Technical training or degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in technical sales with end customers
- Excellent written and spoken German skills as well as good English skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
- High degree of independence, reliability, and organizational strength
- Willingness to travel, flexibility, and confident demeanor
- B2B sales experience
- Resilience and a structured, responsible working style
