WireTerminal C1000 Series

The WireTerminals of the C1000 series produce assembled wires for control panel wiring fully automatically. Up to 12 different wires can be processed one after the other without retooling. The wire cross-section ranges from 0.5 mm² to 6 mm².

The wires are cut to length, labelled and different end processing can be carried out on both ends. With ferrules crimped onto both ends, a cycle time from 11 seconds can be achieved. Depending on the version, the wires are dispensed into the patented WireRails or into wire chains.
