Technical Program Manager (w/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and managing software development projects in agile teams using various technologies.
- Evaluating requirements for technical feasibility, complexity, and impact on system architecture in collaboration with software architects.
- Supporting the Product Owner in backlog prioritization, jointly defining release scopes, and identifying technical risks.
- Supporting the development team with technical questions and architectural decisions.
- Implementing and tracking project goals according to specifications.
- Optimally planning and utilizing internal and international resources.
- Serving as the information interface to internal stakeholders (reporting, documentation, planning, tracking).
- Contributing to and further developing the software development process.
Your profile:
- Completed degree in computer science or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience leading software product development projects, ideally internationally and with optional certification as a project manager.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor.
- Team motivator and promoter of top performance within the team.
- Technological understanding and knowledge of current methods/tools (ideally SAP development, hybrid apps). - Proactive and independent work style.
- Excellent German and English skills.
