Sales Engineer (w/m/d)

As a Sales Engineer (w/m/d) at mobisys, you act as the technical and functional bridge between sales, product management and customers. You analyze customer requirements, design compelling solution concepts based on mobisys SAP solutions and present them in demos, workshops and customer meetings. Throughout the sales cycle – from initial contact to the proposal phase – you actively support the sales team with your process and technology expertise. Your responsibilities:
As a Sales Engineer for mobisys, you will provide comprehensive support to clients from the initial concept to the concrete solution architecture, impressing them with your in-depth expertise, technical understanding, and clear communication skills. This includes:

- Gathering and analyzing customer requirements and identifying potential improvements in customer processes and mobisys products.
- Supporting the proof-of-concept (POC), proposal, and tender processes, as well as presenting technical solutions and mobisys products to clients and prospects.
- Serving as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop customized solutions and ensure seamless implementation.
- Identifying market demands, competitive strategies, and technology trends.

Your profile:
- Professional experience as an SAP consultant, presales expert, or sales engineer.
- Process knowledge in intralogistics and/or maintenance, as well as the corresponding SAP modules (e.g., WM), is advantageous*.
- Excellent presentation skills, strong communication skills, and empathy when dealing with various stakeholders.
- Team spirit, initiative, and a strong customer focus.
- Fluency in German and English, and willingness to travel (< 20%) within the DACH region.
