Your tasks
– Development of SHM measurement concepts for the stability of offshore wind turbines, taking into account new technologies and research results
– Selection and use of suitable measurement systems and sensor technology for optimal prediction accuracy and optimization of turbine service life
– Implementation, analysis and interpretation of SHM data analyses
– Conception of data transfer concepts, as well as visualization and integration of SCADA data
What you bring with you
– University degree in a technical field (e.g. civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable)
– Several years of professional experience in the field of structural health monitoring in the offshore wind sector desired
– Technical understanding and experience in the field of structural monitoring and offshore wind turbines
– Experience with international standards and regulations in the offshore wind energy sector, as well as knowledge of specific market and environmental requirements
– In-depth knowledge of risk management / safety assessment (integrity of offshore structures)
– Knowledge and sound experience in project management
– Fluency in written and spoken English; further language skills are a
