Your tasks
– Technical customer support in the selection and use of automation solutions (hardware and software), as well as support during commissioning in the industrial or maritime sector
– Analysis of customer requirements and creation of technical solution concepts
– Consulting customers and training for existing and new hardware and software products
– Configuration of control devices, fieldbuses and visualization devices
– Creation of standard functions in a wide range of applications: PLC, web-based Scada, condition-based maintenance, power management, communication protocols, etc.
– Participation and active support at trade fairs and for the sales team in acquiring new customers
Your profile
– Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, automation or mechatronics
– Knowledge of programming modern PLC solutions in IEC 61131, C/C++ and modeling tools such as Matlab/Simulink
– Knowledge of automation applications in industrial and maritime automation and basic IT skills are beneficial
– Very good communication skills and a confident and successful way of dealing with customers at all levels
– Ability to use a creative approach to deliver specific solutions to the customer’s needs
– A structured way of working, good time management and willingness to travel complete your profile
– Good English language skills
