Las bisagras interiores para un montaje oculto
Las nuevas bisagras, a diferencia de los modelos convencionales, se montan por dentro. Desde el exterior son totalmente invisibles, lo que abre a los diseñadores y constructores perspectivas totalmente nuevas, no solo limitadas a la construcción de máquinas. Las bisagras invisibles están concebidas, por ejemplo, para usos en puertas superpuestas e interiores, compuertas, trampillas y cubiertas. Gracias a su estructura plana ocupan muy poco espacio, un aspecto importante en la instalación en interiores domésticos. Además, los componentes refuerzan también la seguridad. El montaje interior no ofrecen ninguna superficie expuesta al vandalismo y protege de los robos con fractura. No tienen borde de interferencia exterior, lo que reduce el riesgo de lesiones y constituye una ventaja en muchos campos de uso. El montaje de estas bisagras ofrece al usuario gran flexibilidad, porque se pueden instalar tanto a la derecha como a la izquierda, lo que da lugar a dos movimientos distintos de giro. Para poder ofrecer la mejor solución para cada tipo de aplicación, las bisagras interiores de norelem están disponibles en tres variantes con distintos ángulos de apertura de 90°, 110° y 125°. Este ángulo de apertura depende del grosor de pared de las puertas, tapas y compuertas. Las versiones con ángulos de apertura de 90° y 125° se ofrecen en acero y acero inoxidable. La variante con ángulos de apertura de 110° tiene una estructura reforzada de acero.
The new trapezoidal thread spindles and trapezoidal thread nuts from norelem
The trapezoidal thread spindles available from norelem are rolled and not cut. This production method does not interrupt the grain structure of the base material, which has a positive effect on durability. In comparison to cut threads, the surface hardness of rolled trapezoidal threads is up to 30% higher and the tensile strength is increased by up to 12%. The trapezoidal thread spindles and nuts are available as one or two start, in various pitches and as right or left hand versions. As standard the spindles are manufactured from the low carbon steel 1.0401 (C15) or 1.4305 stainless steel. The trapezoidal thread nuts from norelem are available as round nuts, hexagonal nuts and with flange. The material is decided by the customers individual requirements - the nuts are available in gunmetal, steel, stainless steel or plastic. The plastic versions provide for good running properties and low noise. A trapezoidal thread drive - the combination of a trapezoidal thread spindle and trapezoidal thread nut - transmits a rotating motion into a linear motion. This is a feed thread with relatively high friction, which is self-locking in the standard thread range. This has the advantage that usually no separate lock is required in the rest position. The material combination of a steel spindle and gunmetal nut is recommended for trapezoidal thread drives. This combination offers the best wear properties and has good dry-running properties when lubricant is lacking. For manual drives or for short-term mechanical drives at low speeds and low loads, users can also choose steel as the nut material.

With belt or chain drives, individually adapted tensioning devices enable length compensation and thus ensure economical, quiet and low-vibration operation. Designers can put together tailor-made tensioning solutions with the new, coordinated clamping elements, chain tensioners, sprocket sets and tension pulleys from the norelem range.

New to the norelem range are robust metal fork light barriers with fork widths from 10 to 220 mm. Due to their high accuracy, fast response time and reliability, fork photoelectric sensors are an effective solution for object detection in demanding environments such as assembly, handling and packaging technology.
