JUMO DELOS T02
Intelligent temperature control The JUMO DELOS T02, soon to be released, is a smart temperature probe with display that combines 3 key functions – measuring, switching, and displaying – in a single device. As a result, it reduces the number of required components and simplifies both planning and process integration. Its wide range of process connections and certifications makes the device suitable for use in numerous industries. To ensure long-term compatibility with modern automation and digitization concepts, the JUMO DELOS T02 supports IO-Link as well as Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) as an optional extra. This way, seamless, interface-independent communication is made possible from the sensor all the way to higher-level systems or directly to the cloud. Its rotatable, integrated display housing, which is available in either stainless steel or plastic, allows for quick mounting and optimal positioning of the display, even when installed. The intuitive app-based operation and NFC communication also ensure particularly easy handling during commissioning and operation.
JUMO diraTRON DR 100
A controller for all situations The new JUMO diraTRON DR100 ensures reliable process management and maximum flexibility in everyday use. User configurable measurement inputs and support for 4 control types – including autotuning function – deliver high control quality and give users the confidence that even demanding processes are always manageable. Its space-saving DIN-rail mounting makes the multifunction controller ideal for efficient control cabinet configuration. Up to 10 devices can be easily connected via the backplane bus – including DC voltage supply and RS485 interface. This reduces wiring effort, saves space, and speeds up commissioning. In addition, PUSH IN connection technology enables fast, tool free wiring. This results in stable processes, reduced engineering effort, and a noticeable reduction in the workload associated with plant operations.

A compact fit in the control cabinet. Operationally efficient. The I/O system from JUMO offers maximum flexibility and scalability in automation without compromising on accuracy and reliability. It features numerous input and output modules that can be used across generations in mixed operation, which allows for customized configuration and optimal control processes. All modules can be seamlessly integrated into existing CODESYS system architectures from JUMO and other providers. A special USP is the unique control module, which ensures maximum process reliability and autonomous operation. At the same time, the high channel density of the modules allows efficient use of the control cabinet space, which significantly simplifies installation and maintenance.
JUMO variTRON Recorder App
One app instead of an additional paperless recorder. Only at JUMO. The JUMO variTRON Recorder App brings process data acquisition directly to the control level and makes separate paperless recorders unnecessary. It is fully integrated into JUMO automation systems and enables automatic and tamper-proof data recording, which makes day-to-day business much easier. Your advantages at a glance: Automatic data acquisition The JUMO variTRON 500 touch control panel allows process data to be recorded directly on the display using the Recorder App while the JUMO variTRON 300/500 offers a browser-based recorder screen. Data analysis The relevant process data can be visualized and evaluated in a browser-based environment. Depending on the requirements, important measurement data can be archived and stored on a desktop or in a server environment. The implemented manipulation detection ensures a high level of data security. Compliance with industry-specific regulatory requirements The verifications and documentation required for thermoprocess technology are prepared in accordance with CQI-9 and AMS2750, which facilitates auditing and certification. In the food industry, the seamless generation of batch reports enables end-to-end traceability and quality assurance. IO-Link- & Single Pair Ethernet-Sensorik
Easily connected – 2 innovative IIoT technologies IO-Link and SPE are shaping the future of industrial communication by enabling a flexible and reliable IIoT architecture as well as the real-time transmission of process data. As a result, they are indispensable for JUMO systems and solutions. IO-Link Our IO-Link sensors reduce cabling and startup times. They are also extremely flexible to use thanks to their compact design and the large number of available process connections. Thanks to the digital transmission of diagnostic data, plant downtimes can be reduced to a minimum and plant efficiency increased. When replacing a sensor, time-consuming parameterization is no longer required as the necessary data is automatically taken from the higher-level IO-Link Master. The digital sensors are available for the measurands temperature, pressure, conductivity, point level, and flow. Single Pair Ethernet SPE sensors from JUMO enable a direct connection to the cloud and efficiently combine individual stages of the automation pyramid. Only a single wire pair is required for the energy supply and data transmission, which significantly simplifies and speeds up installation. The sensors support transmission speeds of up to 10 Mbit/s and offer a range of up to 1000 meters. They are available for the measurands temperature, humidity, flow, and pressure.
Safety limiter with fault tolerance
Multifunctionality and safety without compromise SIL and PL certified, customizable, and versatile: the new JUMO safetyM TA offers exactly the safety and efficiency that processes need. Thanks to the innovative voting function and increased fault tolerance, plants remain functional even in the event of sensor errors – unwanted switch-offs and defective products are avoided. The new addition to the JUMO Safety Performance family has EAC, UL, and cULus approval which makes it suitable for international use.
