ELOdetect
ELOdetect – AI-powered camera system for securing robot cells and machines. ELOdetect revolutionizes the safety of automated manufacturing environments: As an intelligent monitoring assistance system, it reliably detects the presence of people in the danger zone – thus preventing the unintentional restarting of robot cells and machines. This is made possible by AI-powered camera recognition that continuously analyzes the protected area and evaluates it in real time. The system reliably detects whether people are in the monitored area – even with complex machine geometries. While conventional light curtains, mats, or laser scanners are complex to install, maintenance-intensive, and prone to circumvention, ELOdetect provides a flexible, retrofittable monitoring solution without mechanical intervention – ready for use in a very short time and directly integrable into existing safety controllers. ELOstopTime
ELOstopTime – the first and only non-contact braking distance measuring device with a 1 kHz camera. ELOstopTime revolutionizes the measurement of overrun times for all types of machinery: As the world's first and only system, it measures overrun times and distances completely without contact – extremely precisely, reproducibly, with cloud access, and without any intervention in the vehicle. This is made possible by a high-resolution 1 kHz camera that captures movements at a frame rate of 1,000 frames per second, thus delivering a level of measurement accuracy unattainable with conventional methods.
