MOOVbase Modular Charging System
Delta’s MOOVbase charging solutions deliver contact-based charging for AGVs and AMRs without adding load to the vehicle. The system supports single or multi-vehicle setups and opportunity charging. For cost- and space-efficient operation, the chargers can be shared across multiple vehicles – even across different battery voltages. MOOVbase ensures 24/7 reliability, long battery life, and maximum fleet uptime due to high efficiency at 24 to 48 V, recovery mode, and Ethernet connectivity.

Wireless Charging That Keeps Your Fleet Moving MOOVair inductive charging delivers high-efficiency (up to 95%) wireless power across a wide range from 1 kW to 30 kW - supporting everything from small AMRs to heavy-duty forklifts with one scalable solution. Designed for opportunity charging, MOOVair enables fast, automatic energy top-ups in seconds during normal operations. By placing charging pads at key points, vehicles charge while working—eliminating downtime and enabling true 24/7 fleet availability. With contactless, maintenance-free operation, there are no connectors to wear out, no manual intervention, and no scheduled servicing—driving down total cost of ownership while maximizing uptime. Built for real-world industrial environments, MOOVair operates reliably in dusty, wet, cold, or high-traffic zones (IP65/IP69).
