Papers and boards
At Antalis Verpackungen, we offer a wide range of paper solutions for packaging, protection and shipping. These include particularly tear-resistant kraft paper, versatile recycled paper for filling voids or use as interleaving material, as well as cellulose wadding, anti-slip paper and other specialty papers for various applications. Our paper packaging solutions are suitable for wrapping, cushioning, separating, securing and protecting a wide variety of products. Depending on the specific requirements, we support our customers in selecting the right type of paper — whether for sustainable shipping solutions, sensitive goods or efficient processes in warehousing and logistics. Filling and cushioning material
For safe shipping, the right void fill and cushioning solution is essential. It protects products from impact, prevents movement inside the box and ensures a professional unboxing experience. Depending on the application, paper cushioning, recycled paper, air cushions, 3D paper or foam cushioning can be used — for filling voids, securing, wrapping or absorbing shocks for sensitive goods. Many void fill and cushioning solutions can be produced on demand directly at the packing station, helping to use materials efficiently and optimize packaging processes. Sustainable materials made from paper or recyclable components also support environmentally conscious shipping concepts. Together with our customers, we find the right solution for reliable product protection, efficient workflows and a positive unboxing experience.
Boxes, containers and pallets
Cartons and containers form the foundation for safe, efficient and flexible packaging processes. The Antalis Verpackungen range includes shipping boxes, folding cartons, moving boxes, retention packaging, pallet boxes, wooden crates, pallet collars, pallets, as well as sheets and interlayers. Depending on the requirements, single-wall and double-wall cardboard qualities, corrugated folding boxes, storage and postal boxes, and mailing tubes are available. For larger or heavy goods, pallet boxes and pallet containers offer a stable solution designed to fit standard pallet dimensions. Together with our customers, we identify the optimal packaging solution for shipping, storage and transport – tailored to the product, protection requirements, handling and process needs.
Tapes and glues
Adhesive tapes ensure the reliable and efficient sealing of cartons and are an important part of secure packaging processes. The Antalis Verpackungen range includes packaging tapes, technical adhesive tapes and suitable carton sealers for various applications. These solutions make it possible to close shipping cartons quickly, cleanly and securely — whether manually at the packing station or as part of an automated packaging process. Depending on the requirements, we support our customers in selecting the right adhesive tape, tailored to carton quality, weight, shipping route and processing method. Packaging others
Antalis Verpackungen offers well-designed shipping accessories that complement packaging solutions and support efficient, professional packaging processes. From document enclosed wallets and mailing bags to labels, packing tapes, wrapping papers and other accessories for warehouses and shipping departments, the range helps ensure smooth day-to-day shipping operations. Sustainable product alternatives, such as paper document enclosed wallets or padded paper mailing bags, also contribute to more environmentally conscious packaging solutions, as they are made from renewable raw materials and can be disposed of via the paper recycling stream. We find the right products for your requirements – whether for securely attaching documents, clearly labelling shipments or protecting smaller goods during transport. Packaging Films
Films are a key component of load and unit load securing and provide reliable protection for goods during transport, storage and shipping. The Antalis Verpackungen range includes hand stretch films, machine stretch films, specialty films, coreless stretch films, as well as cover films and cover sheets for a wide variety of requirements. Stretch films are characterized by high stretchability, tear resistance and puncture resistance, and adapt flexibly to different load units. They stabilize pallet loads while also protecting products from dust, dirt, moisture and UV rays. Tailored to the product, transport route, packaging process and desired efficiency, we work together with our customers to select the right film solution.
Strapping and Stapling
Strapping and stapling create stable packaging units and ensure the secure, reliable closure of cartons – whether for shipping, storage, or transport. Antalis Packaging offers a versatile range of solutions, including PP, PET, and textile strapping bands, mobile hand strapping tools, strapping machines, dispenser trolleys, as well as staplers and matching staples for a wide variety of applications. Hand strapping tools provide flexible use directly at the packing station or in the warehouse. They are ideal for closing cartons, bundling products, and securing palletized loads, and can process both PP and PET strapping. Stapling solutions complement these applications by offering a particularly robust and durable method for sealing cartons securely. Packaging Machines and Equipment
Packaging machines help make packaging processes more efficient, ergonomic and cost-effective. Antalis Packaging offers a wide range of solutions, including stretch wrappers, strapping machines, carton sealers, heat sealing pliers and impulse sealing pliers for various applications. These machines enable professional automation or semi-automation of processes such as stretching, strapping, cushioning and sealing. Depending on packaging volume, packaged goods and process requirements, the right machines help save time, optimise material usage and ensure consistently secure packaging results. Bags and sacks offer flexible packaging solutions for the protection, storage and shipping of a wide variety of products. Antalis Packaging provides a broad range of options, from LDPE flat bags and resealable bags to gusseted liners, shrink hoods and film solutions for industrial applications. They reliably protect goods against dust, moisture, contamination and damage and, depending on the design, are suitable for packaging, bundling, covering or secure sealing. They are particularly useful when products need to be packaged cleanly, clearly and space-efficiently – whether in warehouses, production environments or shipping operations.
Food Packaging
Antalis food packaging solutions reliably protect sensitive products while supporting hygiene, freshness and quality throughout the entire process chain. The range includes baking trays and baking moulds, baking release papers, deck and proofing papers, greaseproof substitute papers, inserts for transport baskets and liners for dough pieces. Our solutions are suitable for a wide variety of applications in bakeries, butcheries, gastronomy and the food industry – from baking and proofing to wrapping, packaging and safe transport. In addition, Antalis offers sustainable packaging solutions for the shipment of temperature-sensitive products. Protection against corrosion
Corrosion protection packaging reliably protects metal products from moisture, oxidation and corrosion — during storage, transport and export. The Antalis Verpackungen range includes VCI papers, VCI films, VCI emitter chips, barrier films, aluminium composite films, desiccants and liquid corrosion protection. KORUS VCI products use special VCI technology to create a protective atmosphere inside the packaging and safeguard metal parts throughout the entire logistics process. For particularly demanding applications, long transport routes or overseas shipments, barrier and moisture-proof films combined with desiccants provide additional protection against humidity and environmental influences. Together with our customers, we select the right corrosion protection solution — tailored to the material, required protection period, transport conditions and packaging process.
Bespoke Packaging
When standard packaging solutions are no longer sufficient, Antalis Verpackungen develops tailor-made alternatives. Our engineers design individual packaging concepts precisely tailored to the product, protection requirements, handling and transport conditions – from cushioning and fixing solutions to specially developed outer packaging. Depending on the application, materials such as corrugated board, honeycomb board, foam, plastic or kraft paper are used. The goal is to securely fix and reliably protect products while making packaging, storage and transport processes more efficient. Together with our customers, we develop customised engineered packaging solutions that combine product protection, cost efficiency and sustainability in a practical and effective way.
