KES-GB-FDA Cable entry system
The KES system consists of two components. The inner core made
of polyamide PA 6.6 GF is crucial for stability and strain relief and is
overmoulded with TPE in the sealing areas to ensure tightness according
to protection class IP66. KES-GB-FDA is snapped onto the enclosure
wall from the outside using the snap-in hooks and screwed through
the enclosure wall from the inside using the integrated threaded
bushings. The blue FDA-compliant TPE sealing material meets the
requirements of food approval 1935/2004/EC and (EU) 10/2011.
