CVD Series – EtherCAT-Compatible Multi‑Axis Stepper Driver
The CVD Multi‑Axis Driver supports synchronized control of up to four 2‑phase or 5‑phase PKP/PK stepper motors via EtherCAT—delivering high performance with simplified wiring in multi-axis systems.

• Synchronous control via EtherCAT: consolidated I/O and power connections for streamlined setup
• Available as 2 axis driver board or 4 axis driver board
• Supports 0.5–3 A per axis (max 12 A total) for both 2‑phase and 5‑phase PKP/PK motors
• Encoder data capture & deviation detection: Position errors flagged by driver without need for host controller
• Automatic brake control & sensor power: Built-in control of electromagnetic brakes and sensor power, eliminating external circuitry
• Power separation & safety: External safety relay support, and operational monitoring via EtherCAT even if main power is off
• Inrush current suppression: Protects main supply circuits during power-on spikes
• MEXE02 software support: PC-based parameter editing, real-time monitoring, diagnostics, waveform capture, alarm management, and PDO analysis
