      Stretch Wrapper: CST 150 The CST 150 is a turntable stretch wrapper. The machine is ergonomically very suitable as a substitute for manual wrapping, which is often heavy and strenuous. The CST 150 has a Ø1650 mm turntable and is equipped with a photocell that automatically detects the height of the load. A motorised system a pre-stretch up to 250%. Therefore reducing the amount of film used per wrapped pallet and this allows you to save on costs and contribute to a sustainable production line. The user friendly control panel allows you to store up to 32 wrapping programs to apply different wrapping methods quickly. The machine makes use of 6 working methods: up and down, wrapping with top-sheet, only up, only down, in layers and by stacking. The stretch wrapper can be used semi-manual, semi-automatic and with a fixed height. The CST 150 can wrap all types of pallets with its many features.       Georg Schlegel GmbH & Co. KG expands its panel mount jack programme with additional components for USB-C, fibre optic and M12 connections. The prevalence of USB-C device is increasing steadily also in the industrial sector. Thus Schlegel completed its portfolio by offering also a USB-C panel mount jack. On the front side the jack is designed as USB-C jack. On the rear there is a cable of 60 cm length with a USB-A connector. So the USB-C devices can be connected to conventional USB-A connectors. The USB-C panel mount jack supports the specification USB 2.0. According to bitkom, more than half of all industrial companies already use a fibre optic connection. To also cover this field, Schlegel has developed a first panel mount jack for the LC connection type. The panel mount jack RRJ_LWL_LC_OM2 is designed for LC/LC coupling and complies with the standards IEC 61754-20 and EN 50377-7. Up to 500 mating cycles and the use within a temperature range from -40°C to 75°C are possible. The mounting depth is only 28.5 mm. Additional connection and fibre types are planned and can be requested directly from Schlegel. Schlegel also further expands its product range in the area of M12 connection technology with the new M12 panel mount jack. The connections are A-coded and are designed as a 4-pole panel mount jack RRJ_M124A_100CM or a 5-pole panel mount jack RRJ_M125A_100CM on the front side. On the rear the connection is made via an open cable end. The M12 panel mount jack can be operated within a temperature range from -25°C to 80°C (from -5°C to 80°C for flexible operation), a voltage of max. 250 V (4 poles) / 125 V (5 poles) AC/DC and a current of max. 4 A per contact. The mounting depth is 43.9 mm. With the M12 panel mount jack, too, additional codings and pole assignments are planned or can be requested. All three panel mount jacks can be purchased for 22.3 mm mounting holes and in silver or black or with stainless steel front bezel.

      Bachmann electronic is launching a new product family of Panel PCs. The PPC1200 will replace the established OT1200 during the course of 2026. The PPC1200 will be available in two versions: The Eco version of the new Panel PC has been specially developed for price-sensitive industrial applications. It has one Ethernet and two USB 2.0 ports. The PPC1200 Premium, on the other hand, comes with two additional USB 3.0 and Ethernet ports, a microSD slot, and an HDMI port. The latter can be used to extend or mirror the screen content on a second monitor. The Premium version can also be customized with numerous interfaces, for example to connect an uninterruptible power supply via the serial RS232 interface, set up a RAID1 system using a second microSD card, or increase network security with additional Ethernet connections. The new Panel PC is based on state-of-the-art technology: In addition to the latest Intel Atom® processors with two (Eco) or four cores (Premium), the PPC1200 is powered by the latest LDDR5 memory modules with 4 or 8 GB capacity. Thanks to the generously dimensioned onboard mass storage of 4 GB or 16 GB, large applications with their data and alarm history can be conveniently stored directly on the base devices. The microSD slot of the PPC1200 Premium allows the data and application memory to be expanded further, and applications can be easily distributed across many devices or restored when replaced. The device can host any browser- or Linux-based applications from the areas of Edge, HMI, SCADA, BDE/ERP clients, and engineering. Operation with the pre-installable, orderable web-based visualization and SCADA software products webMI Pro® and atvise® from Bachmann is particularly convenient and cost-efficient.
