      Modular connectors MIXO

A selection of more than 100 single modules for power, signal and data transmission supports your individual use case. After choosing the suitable modules, you easily click them together side-by-side and place the fixed block inside the matching mounting frames. Beside electrical connections, even data transmission based on fibre optics or system energy based on pneumatic compressed air are possible with standard MIXO modules. A flexibility that also extends to the MIXO ONE and MIXO TWO enclosures with the possibility of combining modules in a particularly space-saving and versatile way.

    3. Monitoring compressed air in a few steps - without separation

Monitoring compressed air in a few steps - without separation

With the SL870020, ipf electronic has a sensor in its portfolio that monitors compressed air consumption with high measuring accuracy. In addition, it is possible to retrofit the sensor into existing systems during operation and for device maintenance during operation. At a suitable measuring location, with dry air and under consideration of the inlet/outlet section, only a flange with a G½" ball valve (retrofitted if necessary) is required. Then the sensor is screwed onto the ball valve, which is opened then. The system does not lose air at this point. Afterwards, only the clamping sleeve has to be loosened and the measuring head has to be pushed in until it is placed in the middle of the pipeline with the help of a scale. Finally, the clamping sleeve is tightened again, which completes the installation. Now only the measuring results are missing. A Modbus RTU interface, a pulse output for counting or a 4-20mA analog output are available for this purpose. Thus, the entire information on air consumption can be easily processed in-house, so that you never lose track of the costs. The solution portfolio is rounded off by a local consumption measurement system that reliably performs its service even in confined spaces: The sensors listed below have an internal flow straightener. Therefore they require no or in exceptional cases only a very short inlet and outlet distance.

    4. MOOVair Wireless Charging System 1 - 30 kW

MOOVair Wireless Charging System 1 - 30 kW

Wireless Charging That Keeps Your Fleet Moving MOOVair inductive charging delivers high-efficiency (up to 95%) wireless power across a wide range from 1 kW to 30 kW - supporting everything from small AMRs to heavy-duty forklifts with one scalable solution. Designed for opportunity charging, MOOVair enables fast, automatic energy top-ups in seconds during normal operations. By placing charging pads at key points, vehicles charge while working—eliminating downtime and enabling true 24/7 fleet availability. With contactless, maintenance-free operation, there are no connectors to wear out, no manual intervention, and no scheduled servicing—driving down total cost of ownership while maximizing uptime. Built for real-world industrial environments, MOOVair operates reliably in dusty, wet, cold, or high-traffic zones (IP65/IP69). A single transmiter can support multiple vehicles with different battery types and voltages, simplifying infrastructure and enabling seamless fleet scaling. Integration is straightforward via Ethernet and CANopen. The result: higher uptime, lower costs, and a future-ready charging solution for automated logistics.

    5. MOOVbase Modular Charging System

      MOOVbase Modular Charging System

Delta’s MOOVbase charging solutions deliver contact-based charging for AGVs and AMRs without adding load to the vehicle. The system supports single or multi-vehicle setups and opportunity charging. For cost- and space-efficient operation, the chargers can be shared across multiple vehicles – even across different battery voltages. MOOVbase ensures 24/7 reliability, long battery life, and maximum fleet uptime due to high efficiency at 24 to 48 V, recovery mode, and Ethernet connectivity.

    6. More Flexibility for Machine Manufacturers: VisiWin Cross-Platform HMI incl. App for Docker & Co.

More Flexibility for Machine Manufacturers: VisiWin Cross-Platform HMI incl. App for Docker & Co.

What works for consumer end devices must work for the industrial market, too: Apps running in a container directly on a PLC or edge device either under Windows or Linux. The app is installed via an app store. This is easily possible since containers are stand-alone, executable software packages that contain everything needed to run the app. These software packages are always executed in the exact same way regardless of the infrastructure. In practical terms, this means that in future machine manufacturers will have more options when choosing components for their machines, since these components will be able to work smoothly together thanks to container apps and therefore the decision for a certain PLC will no longer restrict the choice of the HMI software to that offered by the same manufacturer. Docker is the market-leading technology for such apps. The VisiWin Runtime is already available on Docker Hub, in the FLECS Marketplace and Lenze NUPANO, with further apps for other container formats and app stores currently being prepared at INOSOFT. HMI projects are developed and designed using the VisiWin IDE, which combines complete openness and a configurable range of functions. Automation specialists don’t have to decide between the two opposite concepts—the seamless integration of Visual Studio and the use of C# and JavaScript on the one hand and a construction kit bursting with parameterizable system functions on the other—they can combine elements of both. VisiWin allows any structure - so the PLC with VisiWin app can be connected directly to end devices or the communication is done via a central VisiWin server. The HMI project developed in the IDE is loaded into the app installed on the PLC. Thanks to its responsive design, the HMI project adapts itself to the device it is displayed on.

    8. MOTOMAN GP20 - Fast & precise handling robot with 20 kg payload

MOTOMAN GP20 - Fast & precise handling robot with 20 kg payload

Predestined for a wide range of handling and assembly tasks. On account of its slim wrist, the 6-axis MOTOMAN GP20 is predestined for a wide range of handling and assembly tasks within a confined space – such as loading/unloading of tool or injection moulding machines, assembly or handling of workpieces. In addition, the GP20 boasts a high degree of rigidity that make it especially suitable for machining or grinding tasks. This latest addition to the portfolio Yaskawa customers means a wider choice: the MOTOMAN GP25 is still available for applications that call for a hollow arm design.  Besides its slim design, a payload of 20 kg, the long reach of over 1.8 m and high resistance of the wrist against penetrating dusts and liquids (IP67) make the MOTOMAN GP20 an extremely versatile industrial robot. Like all models of the GP series (GP stands for “general purpose”), due to cutting-edge servo-technology this new addition achieves extremely good cycle times with outstanding repeatability.
