The LP150 linear gantry robot was devised specifically for applications involving the distribution of goods. As well as high performance levels and a reasonable price, this robot impresses with its ultra-short cycle times and its maximum system performance level.

Linear guideways enable linear movement with the help of rolling elements. The balls or rollers running between the block and profile rail enable endless guidance with unlimited stroke and maximum precision. Compared to a conventional sliding guide, the friction coefficient is only one fiftieth due to the relatively small contact surface of the rolling elements. The high efficiency and zero backlash make the linear guides suitable for a wide range of applications - from machine tools and the printing and packaging industry to laser machining and medical technology. The DCSA 36 series linear actuators are compact, highly versatile actuators. With a stroke force of up to 2100 N and a maximum feed rate of 40 mm/s, the actuators can be used in a wide variety of applications. The two basic versions, open or encapsulated, are available with or without a Hall sensor. The standard series is the open linear actuator series, for which various lengths of the 3 x 10 mm trapezoidal thread spindle are available. Encapsulated linear actuators with a conventional push rod are also available as a custom design.

Luminaire with signal action: LINURA.edge RGB uses RGB-LEDs in various colours to display machine and process statuses, or to achieve colour effects. An RGB luminaire can be operated in a line with white luminaires (ADVANCED package). The dimming level of white light and the colour of the RGB light can be controlled by a single supply line.
