Safe and strong unit for easy transport or warehousing of Lean Dollies, Lean Adaptor pallet combines the benefits of both Euro pallets and wheeled units. It can be moved at once with a forklift from both the short and the long sides. When needed, Lean Dollies can be easily rolled out from the pallet without lifting.

The Lean Dolly 600 x 800 mm been specially designed to carry plastic crates and trays used in the automotive industry. Available in 1/4 pallet size, it can easily be integrated into your automated system, tugger trains and used with or without a drawbar . For optimised external transport and warehousing the Lean Modular Dolly, also known as Bodenroller on our biggest market Germany, can be used together with the Lean adaptor pallet for the warehousing and distribution of components. Also availabe in US dimensions: 24” x 15” and 24” x 22.5”

The Lean Pallet Size Dolly is a multipurpose load carrier, which can be used both for internal and external logistics. Towable with other Dolly sizes to build a tugger train, it can carry Euro and ISO pallets as well as plastic crates of various sizes. The Lean Pallet Size Dolly can be equipped with 6 wheels for 360 degres spinning. Also available with a plywood deck and in ISO and US dimensions 48″ x 45″.

The Lean Shelf Wagon is a multipurpose load carrier for both internal and external logistics. Dimensionally optimised for space utilisation and high vehicle fill, the Shelf Wagon is ergonomic to use with its height adjustable shelves. A robust unit with low maintenance requirements. The Lean Shelf Wagon is compatible with all other K.Hartwall towable dollies for safe and efficient transport in tugger trains. Thanks to the pallet size and adjustable shelves, the Shelf Wagon provides perfect fill of standard SLC’s (Small Load Carriers). It can be used in tugger trains.

Retrofittable SMS module GSM-TMM for sending fault messages In the case of stand-alone systems with a missing connection, the monitoring of controls can require considerable personnel expenditure due to inspection rounds. For such scenarios, CONTA-CLIP now offers a particularly economical solution that is easy to retrofit with the SMS modem GSM-TMM. The module automatically sends the signal emitted by the controll fault output as an SMS to up to five recipients. All systems with live alarm outputs, such as pumps and ventilation systems, can be monitored reliably and in a resource-saving manner. By using the mobile radio standards LTE-M or NB-IoT, the GSM-TMM guarantees inexpensive and energy-saving operation.
