THE NEW INDEVA VACUUM GRIPPER Realize special solutions with standard: Fast, easy and cost-optimized. STANDARDIZED LOADS HANDLING WITH VACUUM Solve customer-specific tasks with standard grippers. The flexibility of vacuum gripping technology combined with the ergonomic load movement of the INDEVA Liftronic® series. The operator can easily lift panels up to 250 kg without much effort (approx. 300 g). There are four handle sizes to choose from, suitable for different applications and allowing a comfortable and ergonomic arm and hand position at all times. Three standard models are available: - PICK & PLACE - PAN 90 degrees - PAN 90 degrees & ROTATE 90 degrees Innovative vacuum system - oil-resistant vacuum suction cup (D: 250mm) - Operating pressure: 6/7 bar (dry, oil-free air) - acoustic and visual alarm system in case of pressure drop - Continuous vacuum monitoring using a colored display scale

These indicators detect shocks and tilts, non-compliance with the temperature chain, and exceedances of prescribed humidity levels. ShockWatch shock indicators, TiltWatch tilt indicators, ColdMark, WarmMark, BloodTemp, and 3M Freeze Watch temperature indicators, as well as humidity and time indicators, can be found in our online shop. The indicators are available in various versions and are easy to install. You can see at a glance whether any damage or temperature deviations have occurred during transport.

The new SIB inductive sensors from BERNSTEIN offer two antivalent output signals (normally open and normally closed), which are monitored and compared by the safety controller. If the signals are no longer opposing, the fault is recognised and the system is safely switched off. With a suitable safety controller that recognises sensor faults before the next request to the safety function and in compliance with the BMA, use in safety-relevant applications up to PL d/SIL 2 is possible. - With suitable safety controller for requirements up to PL d / SIL 2 - Reduces the wiring effort - Low acquisition costs - Overall system becomes simpler and less complex - Two antivalent output signals (normally open and normally closed)
