If the exposure to moisture decreases again, the release of the anti-corrosion agent also decreases. This need-based adjustment increases the effectiveness of the anti-corrosion film. Since there is no uncontrolled evaporation of the active ingredients, a larger active ingredient depot is available for corrosive high-stress phases. In addition, it enhances the sense of well-being and security of the employees, since there is no increased evaporation of the ICB active ingredients from the film during the packing process. The prevention of active substance losses also leads to a resource-saving production of anti-corrosion films.
