      The new heating, ventilation and air conditioning inverter drive in the HV600 range provide exceptionally reliable motor control. They consequently meet the stringent requirements for flexibility, performance, availability and user-friendliness demanded by building automation applications. Each HV600 is supplied with application-specific software settings, a hands-off auto-LCD operator unit, a high-visibility status ring so that the drive status can be seen quickly and a real time clock for system accuracy. Communication protocols commonly used in building automation, such as BACnet, Siemens APOGEE, Johnson Controls Metasys and MEMOBUS/Modbus, are integrated in the drive. The HV600 can be installed at up to 160 kW in insulation category IP20 and provides IP55 protection up to 75 kW.

      STOBER has further developed its One Cable Solution (OCS) in cooperation with encoder manufacturer HEIDENHAIN and launched the next generation on the market. With the future-proof HEIDENHAIN EnDat® 3 protocol, the new hybrid cable can reliably connect motors and drive controllers at a distance of up to 100 metres. The user receives a complete system consisting of synchronous servomotor, cable and matching drive controller. To connect a motor to a drive controller, two cables are usually used: one transmits the encoder data, the other the electrical power. With OCS, a hybrid cable takes over both tasks. With small weak points: If the encoder and drive controller are further than 15 metres apart, the data can no longer be transmitted without interference. In this case, one output choke per cable becomes necessary. This component is expensive and requires additional space in the control cabinet. Since chokes generate heat, appropriate cooling is required. STOBER has solved these problems in cooperation with HEIDENHAIN: They have further developed the already existing STOBER single-cable solution and optimised it especially for highly dynamic applications in drag chains.

It can support different sizes and types of plastic crates and trays and is ideal for storing, transporting and displaying bulk products. Hybrid Dolly can also be supplied with PIEK certified rubber wheels. As with all K. Hartwall dollies, Hybrid Dolly offers one-touch logistics and is ready for display locking. Hybrid Dolly is also suitable for multiple uses and various transportation systems for a long life-span and low total cost of ownership.

      KES-GB-FDA Cable entry system The KES system consists of two components. The inner core made of polyamide PA 6.6 GF is crucial for stability and strain relief and is overmoulded with TPE in the sealing areas to ensure tightness according to protection class IP66. KES-GB-FDA is snapped onto the enclosure wall from the outside using the snap-in hooks and screwed through the enclosure wall from the inside using the integrated threaded bushings. The blue FDA-compliant TPE sealing material meets the requirements of food approval 1935/2004/EC and (EU) 10/2011.

      Ganter develops sealed standard stainless steel elements that meet stringent hygiene requirements. Maximum hygiene is one of the absolutely basic prerequisites wherever food is produced. However, hygiene also plays a major role in other sectors — from medical technology and the pharmaceutical industry to manufacturers of dispersion paints. Today, it is all about producing products without preservative additives — and this is only possible in production environments which have high purity levels. Since even the tiniest weak points can cause entire production lines to be contaminated, Ganter decided to develop a special series of standard parts that meet the very high EHEDG requirements and the 3-A Sanitary Standard. Ganter offers a variety of knobs, handles, clamping levers, leveling feet and screws under the label "Hygienic Design", all of which are optimized for minimal contamination and easy cleaning. Stainless steel — with either ground or polished surfaces — is the material used in all of these cases. The maximum surface roughness is kept below Ra 0.8 μm, so that dirt particles cannot adhere and can be reliably removed during cleaning. Another key feature of the Ganter standard parts is their freedom from "dead space". There are no interior areas in which substances can accumulate. A hygienically safe sealing concept, verified by software simulation, guarantees that the FDA-compliant elastomer seals are all installed flush with the surface and fulfill their function in the long term. This prevents problems from developing without being noticed. At first glance, most standard parts appear to be located far away from the actual work areas, but airborne spores from microorganisms can spread rapidly and widely.
