For our modular bus system (MBS), which connects pushbuttons and switches to industrial communication systems, we are now offering new gateways and extension modules. Those were equipped with additional components such as an RFID interface, which help to manage access to machines or operating units. Industrial networks more often play an important role in industrialised work processes. In particular, the industrial Ethernet offers significant advantages: The management of big data packages, the fast and easy processing of information and the adaptation to special conditions of operation in the industrial sector make processes more transparent, safe and efficient. The gateways for Profinet (PN_GW_HS_01), Ethernet/IP (EN_GW_HS_01), EtherCAT (EC_GW_HS_01) or Powerlink (PL_GW_HS_01) each have an interface to our modular bus system (MBS). The MBS enables an easy connection of pushbuttons and switches to the network and the control. Other units like potentiometers or RFID readers can be operated through the integrated A/D converter resp. the integrated RFID control unit.

Intelligent gateways: As special as your application or your existing bus system is, this series of devices was developed as flexible and individual. The variety of interfaces, designs and applications on the market is covered by a wide variety of gateways. The standards that have been tried and tested a million times worldwide, such as BACnet, M-Bus, KNX, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP/RTU, can be networked or connected to one another quickly and easily. With the various designs, the gateways are suitable for any installation location. The modular firmware structure gives you standard functions that have been tried and tested worldwide, but which you can flexibly adjust to the special needs of your applications. Our gateways are compatible with the interfaces of leading manufacturers and bus organizations. The A1 case: The slim, space-saving A1 design, just 23 mm wide, is ideal for installation in the control cabinet. The top-hat rail mounting and the removable screw terminals ensure quick and safe installation as well as problem-free wiring of the device. The B2 case: The compact design B2 is ideal for installation in the sub-distribution. The DIN rail mounting ensures a quick and safe installation of the device.

The Gecko Single Pad (SP) Gripper brings the innovative Gecko adhesive gripper technology to small-footprint applications that were previously impossible to automate. The gecko-inspired adhesive technology offers precise, no-mark gripping, even for perforated items such as circuit boards or for shiny surfaces, without the cleaning process. The GEOS-S cabinets offer all the advantages of the tried and tested GEOS series such as the flexible modular system, test certificates for international markets and robust material. In addition, they provide additional protection for the electrical and electronic components in harsh environments, e.g. in industry and outdoor installation. The doors of the GEOS-S cabinets are available in gray or transparent. The transparent one allows for example the reading of displays, while command and signaling devices remain protected without affecting the technical properties. Thanks to their large opening angle of over 180 °, the doors guarantee that you can work on the open housing without restrictions and are easy to operate at the same time. Optional door stays allow the door to be fixed in 2 positions when it is open. In sensitive installation environments, an additional door contact switch, which is integrated into the frame and does not take up any space in the installation room, enables remote querying of the opening status. The stable construction of the box and lid / door has a high impact resistance (IK 09) despite the light material. The housing made of robust polycarbonate is resistant to UV radiation, weathering, corrosion and chemical influences. The Drain Protect sealing principle with a wide cover, a drainage channel along the sides of the housing in the box and a circumferential elastomer seal reliably protect against moisture. The cabinets are prepared on the back with M32 / 40 knockouts for the BEL Air M40 ventilation element, which prevents the formation of condensation.
