Frameless motors have only two main components - stator and rotor - in common with conventional motors. This is a decisive advantage when it comes to tailor-cut design and individual integration into customer-specific systems. Due to the direct integration into machines or device assemblies and the hollow shaft concept with cable, compressed air, vacuum, fiber optic and laser feedthroughs, frameless motors require very little space. At the same time, they are highly efficient and durable and run stably and reliably in quiet operation. The KOCO MOTION motors are characterized by an immediate peak torque of up to 2400 Nm, a maximum motor speed of up to 900 rpm and a high level of user-friendliness. The frameless motors are also highly precise. They are backlash-free during high-precision and high-speed operations and have an extremely high level of positioning accuracy. KOCO MOTION supports and advises on the optimal design and integration of the modularly configurable frameless motors into customer systems. IKO Nippon Thomson and ITK Precisioning GmbH are expanding their partnership and will jointly develop high-precision mechatronic complete systems. The goal is to combine IKO's precision mechanics with ITK's high-resolution measurement and control technology to create integrated solutions. The focus is on applications requiring extremely high accuracy and dynamics down to the nanometer range. Typical areas of application include microscopy, the semiconductor industry (e.g., wafer inspection), and measuring and analytical instruments. The extensive experience of both companies enables innovative and high-performance solutions. Customers benefit from end-to-end project management from a single source. IKO handles communication, organization, and execution, while the technical solution is developed jointly with ITK. Support is provided flexibly in German or English, which facilitates implementation, especially for complex projects. The systems are characterized by easy integration into existing equipment. Standard interfaces such as RJ45 or RS-232 are available. ITK also offers compatible accessories such as handwheels, joysticks, and interfaces, resulting in customized and expandable solutions. Initial results of the collaboration will be presented at the "all about automation" trade fair in Wels. Among the products on display will be single-axis, two-axis, and three-axis positioning systems with linear and rotary motion. Control is achieved via ICT systems such as Pollux, Hydra, and Andromeda. The MotionManager software allows for the simulation, monitoring, and optimization of motion sequences. Features such as real-time data acquisition enable precise system calibration and increase operational efficiency and accuracy.

Pizzato Elettrica presents the new FY series safety switches featuring a separate actuator with lock and technopolymer housing, which are a further development of the tried-and-tested switches of the FG series. Designed for all applications that do not require the mechanical strength of metal housings, the FY series switches have the same spacing between the fixing holes and the same overall dimensions as the FG series switches to which they add the option of installing up to two control devices and the respective contact blocks using the appropriate version of the housing.
