FleeceTech Schrumpfhauben sind die optimale Verpackungslösung für Ihre Heavy-Duty-Frachten. Sie vereinen drei Produkte in einem: Die Kombination aus Schrumpffolie, Vlieseinlage und Korrosionsschutz ermöglicht zusammen mit der maßgeschneiderten Vorkonfektionierung einen effektiven Schutz für jede Kontur und Größe, insbesondere bei offenem Transport und Außenlagerung. FleeceTech Hauben bestehen in der Regel aus einer Bodenwanne und einer Stülphaube, die sich bspw. mit einem Reißverschluss zeitsparend verbinden lassen. Anschließend können die Schutzhauben mit einer handelsüblichen Schrumpfpistole reduziert und die Stabilität noch weiter erhöht werden, sodass die Haube auch bei komplexen Konturen wie angegossen sitzt. Wiederverschließbare Öffnungen ermöglichen den Zugang für Qualitäts-, Zoll- und Wareneingangskontrollen. Durch den in der Haube integrierten Korrosionsschutz und das innenliegende Vlies sind korrosions- und kratzempfindliche Oberflächen gleichermaßen bestens geschützt. Die Entwicklung der Hauben erfolgt kurzfristig rein digital anhand der CAD-Daten, die der Auftraggeber zur Verfügung stellt. Genäht werden sie in unserer Manufaktur in Ungarn. FLEET PRO control cabinet enclosure with IP67 protection from BOXEXPERT The FLEET PRO control cabinet enclosure from BOXEXPERT was developed for applications requiring maximum sealing and durability. With an IP67 protection rating, the enclosure offers complete protection against dust and temporary immersion in water – ideal for outdoor use or in damp, dusty environments. Made of robust ABS plastic, the enclosure is available in sizes from 300 x 200 x 130 mm to 800 x 600 x 260 mm. It is suitable for demanding control and distribution applications in mechanical engineering, industrial automation, or plant engineering. The door is available in either light gray (RAL 7035) or transparent and is secured with a one-point triangular locking mechanism. The sealing strip and lock are available in telegray (RAL 7045), matching the overall design. The enclosure meets IK08 impact resistance, is temperature-resistant from -35°C to +65°C, and is designed for electrical applications up to 800 A/690 V. The managed PROFINET-Switch supports PROFINET according to Conformance Class B and offers transmission security through ring redundancy as an MRP client. One of the most important functions of a PROFINET-Switch is the prioritizing of the PROFINET frame traffic in the machine network. The managed switch can differentiate whether the frame is a web query, an FTP file transmission, a media stream, or a PROFINET frame. In the case of a high transmission load, the important frames can thus be prioritized in order to prevent frame losses. With a GSDML file you can integrate the switch into your automation environment in the usual way. The supported PROFINET protocols, such as LLPD, DCP, or even diagnosis alarms, can be easily configured and administered.
