WIZARD is an electronical rope balancer for manual handling technology, designed as a rail or column device. The portfolio for the rail devices offers different weight classes (max. 600 kg). It is the details that make WIZARD unique and through which the customer benefits: The use of a load cell to control the system results in optimum runnung behavior. The weight of the load is precisely weighed and displayed. The integrated, mechanical rotary feed-through on the operating handle is installed as standard, allowing endless rotation and movement of the load. An electric or pneumatic rotary feed-through is optionally available. Customer-specific requirements can be implemented quickly and flexibly. A standard load hook ia always included.

The elephantboard® is a heavy-duty and multi-functional transport trolley with a load capacity of up to 1000 kg and carriers various load sizes and SCLs. The shelves are made of 5 mm thick plastic sheets, which makes it extremely impact-resistant. Plastic is also the ideal material as it is weatherproof, flame retardant and temperature stable. With the elephantboard® moving heavy loads is extremly easy. The modular system makes it also very resilient and versatile. Various footprints and sizes are available upon request.

We develop and produce our own computer-based hardware and software and also work with selected partners worldwide for standard products. For simpler control and monitoring tasks, we have been developing on the basis of STM32 microcontrollers for decades and have modularized hardware and software components for this purpose. Our range is constantly being expanded and current single board computers are based on the latest ARM64 architecture from NXP and x86 technology from Intel. We therefore offer a perfect platform solution for the fast and efficient implementation of customer-specific product ideas in appropriate quantities in industrial quality, with great consideration for increasing security requirements. Georg Schlegel GmbH & Co. KG is offering a comprehensive range of emergency-stop devices allowing to fulfil the requirements of typical applications of different branches - ranging from the machine building industry, plant engineering up to the lift, vehicle, shipbuilding and crane building industry. Customer can choose from a variety of traditional versions. The illuminated variants offer a plus in safety compared to standard emergency-stops, as they signal the active/inactive status of the emergency-stop by means of a clear colouring. Also here, Schlegel offers different products and has developed an emergency-stop with diagnostic unit which constantly monitors the status of the illumination. Self-monitoring emergency-stop devices The production of products and goods is mostly done by complex and extensive production facilities. Nowadays, those facilities are no longer operated as complete systems, they are divided in individual areas. This sectioning has the advantage that the facilities can be adapted to production changes much quicker and that they are more failure-proof in whole. The modular structure offers also other advantages. Among others individual parts can be safeguarded by a separate emergency-stop device. In case of a failure in the production or in case of danger for a person, the relating part of the installation is put into a safe state by operating its individual emergency-stop, the rest of the system keeps on running. When using emergency-stop devices it always has to be considered that the emergency-stop function is a complementary protective measure and may not be used as substitute for other protective measures or safety functions!

Georg Schlegel GmbH & Co. KG expands its emergency-stop program for the SHORTRON series with pull to release variants. The new variants are available without contact blocks for base-plate mounting and with contact blocks for faston terminals or PCB-mounted terminals. The versions with faston terminals are available with 1 NC, 2 NC, 2 NC + 1 NO and as illuminated type with 2 NC contacts. For the emergency-stops for PCB-mounting there are 2 NC and 2 NC + 1 NO contacts available. The mechanical life of the emergency-stops is approximately 30.000 switching cycles with a maximum pulling force of 160 N. Their protection class is IP65/IP67 and the maximum operation temperature is -25° C - 70° C. The NC contacts are with positive opening according to EN60947-5-1. The emergency-stops are designed for a mounting diameter of 22.3 mm and have a mounting depth of 9.2 mm to 18.1 mm, depending on their version.

The Emotron VFX in liquid-cooled configuration (LC) is the ideal drive solution for operating high-pole synchronous torque motors with permanent magnets. As the powerful core of modern direct drive systems, it combines precise control with a compact design and maximum efficiency. Thanks to field-oriented vector control (FOC), the inverter delivers full torque from standstill – without gearboxes, without mechanical wear. Combined with a water-cooled synchronous torque motor, the result is a drive system that achieves the highest power density with minimal footprint. The overall system efficiency significantly surpasses conventional drive solutions using asynchronous motors and gearboxes. The liquid cooling of the inverter enables compact installation even in confined control cabinets and demanding industrial environments – the IP54 protection rating reliably shields against dust and water spray. Mains harmonics are limited to THDi < 5 % by active front-end technology (AFE), avoiding costly overdimensioning of cables and transformers. The PROFINET interface enables seamless integration into higher-level control architectures. Safety functions such as Safe Torque Off (STO) are included as standard. Available for power ratings up to the MW range, the system is suited for presses, extruders, mixers, shredders, and other heavy-industry applications where precise torque, high availability, and energy efficiency are decisive factors.
