The RINGFEDER® GWE 5106 combined the advantage of the RINGFEDER® GWE 5104 Servo-Insert Coupling with an easy installation. The clamping hubs in split hub design can be mounted lateral at the aligned shaft extensions. The shaft tolerance should lie within the fit tolerance ‘g6’ to ‘h7’.

The servopress control Revolution X (RX) comprises the UFM RX joining mechanism with a force range of 0.2 to 200 kN, the RX controller, the RX software, the PDM-S RX digital preamplifier, the power amplifier, and corresponding accessories. The core of the new system is the new RX controller for parallel control of up to four mechanisms and 16 sensors. With a measuring frequency of 2 kHz, assembly processes, as well as measurement and testing tasks, can be precisely controlled and monitored. Faster program loading times and faster processing of process data reduce cycle times. Data evaluation takes place directly in the RX controller. Up to 1,001 programs and 100,000 process curves can be stored directly in the controller. WIZARD is an electronic rope balancer for manual handling technology, designed as a rail or column device. The portfolio for the column devices offers different weight classes (max. 300 kg) and arm lengths for individual applications. It is the details that make WIZARD unique and through which the customer benefits: The use of a load cell to control the system results in optimum running behavior. The weight of the load is precisely weighed and displayed. The integrated, mechanical rotary feed-through on the operating handle/column is installed as standard, allowing endless rotation and movement of the load/arm. An electric or pneumatic rotary feed-through is optionally available. The standard built-in center joint of the boom arm connects the arm segments.
