      Seamless data flow across networks With the new DP/PN Coupler, a simple and uncomplicated connection of PROFIBUS to PROFINET is possible. It allows data transfer between a PROFIBUS master and a PROFINET controller. The maximum size of the transmitted data is 244 bytes of input data and 244 bytes of output data. The DP/PN Coupler is projected via a GSD file on the PROFIBUS side and a GSDML file on the PROFINET side. No additional configuration software is necessary.

      TIVAL Sensors Softstarters ESA series stand for a low-wear and gentle machinery and facility start-up. Our soft starters are reducing starting current and torque of three-phase asynchronous motors. High mechanical stress on shafts, chains, belts, gears or conveyor belts is avoided by cutting off the peak voltage and prevention from jerky movements. On pump applications in particular the soft-stop-function perfectly avoids pressure shocks in pipeline networks. TIVAL Sensors offers soft starters with 3- or 2-phase circuitry for various loads and functions. The available nominal current range values start at 8 A and finish at 3500 A. For effective and zero-wear breaking of three-phase asynchronous motors we offer DC injection breaks. Various types are available for engine power from 5 to 200 KW.
