IT Operations Employee (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring stable and service-oriented 1st-level support for our DACH locations
- Receiving, analyzing, prioritizing, and independently processing incidents and service requests
- Qualified escalation of more complex issues, including documentation, to 2nd-level support
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software (Windows clients, standard software)
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with desktop, notebook, printer, and peripheral devices
- Creating, maintaining, and managing user and permission structures in Microsoft Active Directory - Supporting the administration of server and network components
- Maintaining, expanding, and continuously improving IT documentation
What sets you apart:
- Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist) or comparable practical experience
- Very good knowledge of Windows clients and Microsoft 365 and experience with end-user hardware (laptops, printers, mobile devices) - Ideally, experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and initial exposure to server, network, or Monitoring topics
- Strong service and solution orientation as well as enjoyment of working with users
- Structured, independent work style and good communication skills
- Very good German and good English skills
