Area Sales Manager for Northern Germany (m/f/d) Full-time position
These are your responsibilities:
• Independent management and expansion of existing customer relationships in the sales territory
• Acquisition of new customers and business development, preparation, conducting, and follow-up of sales meetings
• Advising on, presenting, and selling the product range
• Supporting the resolution of technical questions and complaints
• Close collaboration with the back office and sales specialists
• Market and competitor monitoring, as well as participation in trade fairs and events
• Telephone and in-person customer contact, including business trips, reporting to management
• Strategic contribution to product range development
• Active participation in sales promotion measures and concepts, as well as trade fairs
What you bring to the table:
• Successfully completed technical training in mechanical engineering and/or comparable qualification
• Experience in commercial sales activities
• A persuasive, communicative, and outgoing personality
• Independent, goal-oriented, and customer-focused work style
• Experience in the selection and design of standard component systems, drive technology, linear systems, and components for assembly and Automation Technology.
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Team spirit, discretion, and a professional and service-oriented approach
