Producing more environmentally sustainable packaging, transportation/shipping and construction solutions for a wide range of industries. We develop alternative, environmentally friendly solutions to materials such as EPS, PVC, plastics, foams and even wood by combining paper honeycomb cells and paper facings.

As the market leader in Germany in the field of honeycomb cardboard and with over
20 years of experience, we offer you solutions for packaging, transport & shipping and the construction industry. The basis is always the load-bearing hexagonal cell structure of paper, adopted from the natural structure of the honeycomb. Die-cutting
OUR INDIVIDUAL DIE-CUTTING SOLUTIONS - SECURE PROTECTION - SUSTAINABLE SOLUTION With our individual solutions made of die-cut honeycomb boards, we offer our customers an environmentally friendly alternative to other packaging options, such as EPS or foam packaging. The die-cutting machines are used to produce sturdy protective packaging from honeycomb paper boards to customer specifications. The respective tooling for the cutting dies is specially manufactured in accordance with the customer’s requirements and remains the customer’s property. We care for, maintain, repair and insure the tooling stored with us for a small tooling care fee. Yama Soft
YAMA SOFT - ELASTIC - CUSHIONING Yama Soft in the form of a sandwich panel with a honeycomb core has at least one zone with resilient and elastic properties. These ‘soft’ zones are created by intentionally pressing the honeycomb core. Yama Soft offers the combination of the high flexural rigidity of the panels with elastic zones in the core – in other words, stability with cushioning properties. In addition, Yama Soft has a cushioning recovery (springy effect): it returns to its original pressed material thickness. Made entirely of paper and 100% recyclable. OUR PLATES - PRESSURE RESISTANT - IN ANY SHAPE AND SIZE Our paper honeycomb panels (honeycomb boards) are used as interlayers in many areas of industry in logistics and storage. As protection against transport or storage damage, as filling material to fill empty spaces and buffer zones, or in the form of interlayer strips. In the glass industry, for example, these protect against the formation of a vacuum between glass plates. Self-adhesive variants can also be requested. Many possibilities that have one goal – the protection of your product. OUR BLANKS - MADE TO MEASURE - SUSTAINABLE We cut our paper honeycomb panels for you. Our cutting machines are able to perform various cutting options such as complete blank, V-cut or slit cut. Strips in different dimensions can also be cut and provided with a self-adhesive element at your request. You tell us which cut you need – we carry out your wish. OUR PALLETS - SUSTAINABLE - WITH HIGH LOAD CAPACITY Our pallets are the ideal basis for the transport of your products. The advantages in terms of daily handling will fully convince you. The stable, lightweight pallets will enable you to operate more sustainably, especially in the disposable sector. Our paper pallets are available in two versions: ‘Light’ or ‘Heavy’. We can adapt the shape and size to your dimensions in addition to the Euro dimension. Together we will find the right pallet for your application. Pallet lid
OUR PALLET LIDS - PROTECTION FOR THE TOP Optionally, in combination with edge protection elements, our honeycomb panels (honeycomb boards) can also be used as a lid or top deck. The pallet lid gives you the option of protecting the top of the pallets and strapping the pallet with strapping tape. Edge protection
OUR EDGE PROTECTION - STABILITY - PROTECTION DURING TRANSPORT Edge protection is an important means of stabilizing shipped goods and protecting them from damage during transport. Especially when strapping a pallet, it ensures that the edges of the product packaging are protected during transport. Edge protection supports the transport safety of your shipping goods in different functions. Please keep in mind that the sum of the two edge protector leg lengths can be at least 60 mm and a maximum of 120 mm. ADVANTAGES OF EDGE PROTECTORS - A wide range of edge protectors in standardized lengths and legs - Made of solid cardboard and therefore 100% recyclable - Greater stability minimizes damage when shipping your goods - Edge protector as inner edge can additionally strengthen cartons - Profiles with V- or L-shape are available in a thickness of 2 - 8 millimeters
Filler material
HONEYCOMB PRODUCTS AS FILLING MATERIAL - LIGHT - ECOLOGICALLY SUSTAINABLE Honeycomb in various sizes is also very suitable as a buffer or filling material. It is already used as height compensation panels and acoustic insulation as well as spacer pads, roll holders or inserts for mesh pallets. We can also produce self-adhesive versions upon customer request. OUR SINGLE FACE PLATES - LIGHT - EASY TO FILL Our boards which are glued on one side only are called ‘Singleface’. They are mainly used in the construction and furniture industries. The honeycomb structure open on one side can be filled with other materials.
