With around 2900 employees worldwide, WITTENSTEIN SE enjoys an impeccable reputation for innovation, precision and excellence in the mastery and further development of all technologies relevant to mechatronic drives – not just in Germany but internationally. The group comprises six innovative Strategic Business Divisions organized in separate subsidiaries. We develop, produce and sell products such as high-precision planetary gearboxes, complete electromechanical drive systems and AC servo systems and motors for many areas of application including robotics, machine tools and aerospace. Nanotechnology as well as electronic and software components round off the portfolio.
And with 25 sites in more than 45 countries, WITTENSTEIN is represented in all the world’s major technology and sales markets. Galaxie® - Superior on principle
Dank der einzigartigen Kinematik erreichen die kompakten Galaxie® Antriebssysteme und Getriebe von WITTENSTEIN unvorstellbare Leistungsdaten. Dazu zählen extreme Drehmomentdichte, Verdrehsteifigkeit, Gleichlaufgüte, Positioniergenauigkeit und absolute Spielfreiheit. Mit der intergrierten Sensorik können Betriebsdaten des Antriebssystems erfasst und gespeichert werden.

Industrial small servo drive system
The 2nd generation of the industrial small servo drive system from WITTENSTEIN cyber motor ill keep you ahead in the future. It promises even more performance in terms of connectivity, compactness and configurability. The modular system consists of servo motors, servo actuators, servo drives and a compact drive system The highlight: the cyber® simco® drive 2 servo drives series, which is about 30% more compact and has a multi-Ethernet interface for maximum connectivity. These drives additionally score with CIP Sync real-time functionality, decentralized intelligence and a Safe Torque Off (STO) function. The drives also form part of the compact cyber® dynamic system. Integrated in the motor, this drive system impresses with decentralized intelligence directly on the axis and saves space in the switch cabinet.

cyber® kit line small: Frameless servo motors
The frameless servo motors of the cyber® kit line small product family offer maximum torque and flexibility in a compact size. In additional, the frameless design with a large hollow shaft gives the maximum possible freedom of integration to develop unique solutions for specific applications. The cyber® kit line assembly kit consisting of rotor and stator can be flexibly integrated into the machine thanks to the variety of variants.

cynapse® Analyze – Health Index: Intelligent gearbox monitoring for maximum performance.
The cynapse® Analyze Smart Service with the Health Index analysis tool and the utilization radar assess the status and utilization of your gearboxes. The data from the drive train is analyzed in real time and the actual load on the components is evaluated. The current status is visualized via a traffic light system. In addition, the utilization radar indicates whether the gearboxes are permanently operated within the permissible load limits – crucial information for service life optimization.

UpGreat! NTP – Qualified for more Value The new NTP planetary gearbox with output flange uses the familiar output geometry of the TP+ gearbox. The reinforced roller bearings on the output allow very high external forces. Coupled with the new toothing and the backlash of ≤ 5 arcmin, the NTP offers unique performance parameters for this product segment. Thanks to a wide range of ratios, the NTP planetary gearbox is suitable for the most diverse applications. Benefits for your application: Improved repeat accuracy With backlash ≤ 5 arcmin, the new toothing class of the product allows it to be used in applications requiring increased levels of precision. Greater absorption of external forces The use of more powerful roller bearings allows the NTP to absorb significantly higher external forces. Better synchronization The new, high-quality toothing components with revised microgeometry improve the synchronization properties of the NTP. Reduced operating noise As well as offering improved synchronization, the optimized toothing also has a positive impact on the operating noise of the NTP.

The result: innovative kinematics enabling almost full surface contact during power transmission – in an extremely compact footprint. Thanks to this unique concept, the miniaturized Galaxie® performs significantly better than established gearbox types with the same diameter in almost all dimensions. It combines the highest levels of torsional rigidity, torque density and overload capacity with a very large hollow shaft and maintains zero backlash throughout its entire lifetime. cyber® kit line medium: Frameless servo motors
The frameless servo motors of the cyber® kit line medium product family offer maximum torque and flexibility in a compact size. In additional, the frameless design with a small and large hollow shaft gives the maximum possible freedom of integration to develop unique solutions for specific applications. The servo motors will be available in sizes from 100 mm to 112 mm and in 3 different overall lengths of 30 mm, 60 mm and 120 mm with a maximum torque of 16 - 90 Nm. The modular motor system also offers further design flexibility thanks to the choice of voltage variants of 48 VDC and 560 VDC (voltage-resistant up to 750 VDC). Furthermore, the motors are not only compatible with the cyber® simco® drive 2 servo drive, but also with common servo drives worldwide. Typical fields of application for the motors are e.g.: Robotics, machine tools, packaging technology, actuators for assembly, transfer and handling systems as well as test and measurement equipment.

cyber® force line: Electromechanical linear actuators
The electromechanical linear actuators of the cyber® force line are the ideal solution for applications that require high precision, force and speed. The actuators impress with their high efficiency and maximum power density. They also ensure fast and precise throughput rates in the production process. Typical areas of application for linear actuators include forming machine tools, plastics and rubber machines and applications in the food and packaging industries.
