Indicators
We offer transport indicators that demonstrate compliance with the intended transport conditions for your products in a reliable and tamper-evident manner. These indicators detect shocks and tilts, non-compliance with the temperature chain, and exceedances of prescribed humidity levels. ShockWatch shock indicators, TiltWatch tilt indicators, ColdMark, WarmMark, BloodTemp, and 3M Freeze Watch temperature indicators, as well as humidity and time indicators, can be found in our online shop. The indicators are available in various versions and are easy to install. You can see at a glance whether any damage or temperature deviations have occurred during transport.
Dataloggers
During transport, your goods are exposed to various environmental influences. Temperature fluctuations, high humidity, or strong vibrations can affect sensitive goods and limit their functionality. With our transport data loggers for temperature, humidity, vibrations, and other parameters, you can precisely monitor whether your shipment has experienced critical conditions. The devices record and save the measured values along with the date and time, allowing you to precisely trace deviations and identify the affected transport section. This not only helps you determine the causes of potential damage and the responsible parties, but also detect weak points in the logistics chain. This allows you to implement targeted measures for optimization and damage prevention in the future.
WarmMark® QR
The WarmMark® QR Temperature Indicator is a disposable, battery-free temperature indicator that enables seamless monitoring during transport. This smart system detects temperature deviations and captures essential data such as time, date, location, and serial number. All information is automatically uploaded to the SpotSee Cloud to provide detailed insights and improve shipping quality and efficiency. If the critical temperature is exceeded, the indicator changes from white to pink/red – a clear visual warning.
