aluCASE
The premium enclosure for electronics & devices IP 66, IP 67 - Optional: IP 69K aluCASE is a highly attractive and very versatile range of diecast aluminium enclosures for industrial electronics. The design is perfect for mounting to a wall or a machine, or for use as a mobile instrument. The enclosures are sealed to IP 67 for indoor and outdoor applications. Hot jet wash IP 69K is also available. The enclosures can be mounted without opening the lid which means your electronics remain protected at all times. Whatever the application, aluCASE provides the very best housing solution for your components. Designer features include a recessed lid, for fitting a membrane keypad, front plate or product label, clip-on design covers in plastic or aluminium that hide the lid screws and mounting holes, integrated hinges and lid retaining straps (on most models). Two versions are available with transparent lids. Threaded screw bosses are provided in the base and lid for PCBs, mounting plates, DIN rails etc. An optional key lock provides security access. Cable glands and other accessories are also available.
taraSMART
The modern suspension arm system for light to medium loads IP 54 taraSMART is a sophisticated suspension arm system for modern machine construction. The perfect symbiosis of technical design and sophistication. It offers sufficient space for routing HDMI or DVI cables, or network plugs. Installation is quick and easy, thanks to the familiar, tried and tested technology. The coupling variants of the system enable the connection of both narrow and deep control enclosures. Thanks to the Ø48 bracket, the straightforward connection of panel PCs with a round tube frame can take place without additional adapters.
MULTITOUCH DISPLAY PANEL E-PRO
The multi-touch display panel E-PRO Standard has a 15.6″ and "New" 21,5" FULL HD display with multi-touch screen and serves as an operating and display device for machines, devices and systems. Thanks to an IP 65 classification of the robust aluminum housing, this display device is ideally suited to the sometimes harsh industrial environment. Of course, the device can also be used in other areas such as building automation. In addition to the touchscreen, the E-Pro 15.6" standard also has a permanently integrated EMERGENCY STOP button and 5 illuminated capacitive buttons.
profiPANEL
Profile enclosure - made to measure from 150 to 800 mm Eight enclosure depths: 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 300 Handles, keyboard holder, desk solution all available as accessories IP 65 / EN 60529 Thanks to the option of combining the three basic profile depths, profiPANEL enables a total of eight mounting depths to be provided for (PPD 150 is available, as required, as a basic profile or as a profile combination consisting of a 90 mm and a 60 mm basic profile). The connection of 60 or 90 mm deep desk also offers additional options for extended internal mounting. Thanks to this wide range of depths, profiPANEL therefore enables almost every conceivable configuration for the internal mounting of components to be realised. The enclosure front of the profiPANEL system is manufactured made-to-measure and provides for the almost edgeless and flush mounting of a front plate, which is permanently connected to the enclosure. Appropriate cut-outs for a display, switches and more are included in the service provided by ROLEC and are produced ex-works to meet customer specifications. A desk is a clever solution when there’s not enough space in the control enclosure or you need additional buttons. The profiPANEL series therefore includes two desk models, 60 and 90 mm deep (D), for internal mounting. The desk adapter offers plenty of space for routing HDMI or DVI cables or network plugs.
aluDOOR
The new, premium enclosure generation, including door IP 66, IP 67, IP68 (1.2 m; 2 h), IP 69K aluDOOR enclosures are a further development of the unique series aluCASE. This enclosure has an unmistakable progressive design. They are the modern, contemporary »packaging« for innovative industrial electronics. The integration of true hinges without additional expenditure has been implemented successfully in the new series. After the »mounting« of the lid and the fixation with the securing screws, they turn into »compact cabinets« with stainless steel screws and stainless steel threaded bushings. Even under extreme operating conditions, this arrangement ensures an absolutely safe and permanent closure technology. aluDOOR enclosures are available either with recesses in the lid for the installation of membrane keypads (ADF) or with a flat lid (ADO). Finally, the installation level of the enclosures is covered by design covers made of aluminium (finished in matt silver), providing an unparalleled design. All enclosures have domes in bottom sections and lids for the secure fastening of installations.

Neben dem Touchscreen verfügt das E-Pro 15,6“ Standard auch über einen fest integrierten NOT-AUS Taster sowie 5 beleuchtete kapazitive Tasten.

profiPLUS 50
The premium design supportarm system IP 54 The profiPLUS 50 system is designed for time-saving assembly. For this, ROLEC engineers have developed the "one-screw adjustment" feature which means the system can be fully adjusted by just a single screw. All system couplings are pre-fitted with a support profile as standard, saving assembly time. The ducts in the interior of the system provide space for multiple cables such as HDMI, DVI and network cables. Cable protectors are integrated into all rotating system elements as standard. Fully integrated electrical bonding protects operators and the machinery. A set screw system in the joints allows adjustment of the pivoting range in 30° steps. For higher loads, a reducer adapter also enables connection of profiPLUS 50 to the larger profiPLUS 70 system.
profiPLUS 70
The premium design supportarm system IP 54 profiPLUS 70 is a modern suspension arm system which combines ergonomic design with advanced technology. The highly attractive appearance perfectly matches the design of modern machines. profiPLUS 70 offers more room for cables and connections than the smaller profiPLUS 50 system. At the same time, the system's bearing strength is significantly higher. The profiPLUS 70 system is designed for time-saving assembly. For this, ROLEC engineers have developed the "one-screw adjustment" feature which means the system can be fully adjusted by just a single screw. All system couplings are pre-fitted with a support profile as standard, saving assembly time. The ducts in the interior of the system provide space for multiple cables such as HDMI, DVI and network cables. Cable protectors are integrated into all rotating system elements as standard. Fully integrated electrical bonding protects operators and the machinery. A set screw system in the joints allows adjustment of the pivoting range in 30° steps. The range includes reducing adapter for connecting to the profiPLUS 50, thus making it possible to mount display panels from leading manufacturers such as Siemens, B&R and Beckhoff.
profiPANEL

The connection of 60 or 90 mm deep desk also offers additional options for extended internal mounting. Thanks to this wide range of depths, profiPANEL therefore enables almost every conceivable configuration for the internal mounting of components to be realised. The enclosure front of the profiPANEL system is manufactured made-to-measure and provides for the almost edgeless and flush mounting of a front plate, which is permanently connected to the enclosure. Appropriate cut-outs for a display, switches and more are included in the service provided by ROLEC and are produced ex-works to meet customer specifications. A desk is a clever solution when there’s not enough space in the control enclosure or you need additional buttons. The profiPANEL series therefore includes two desk models, 60 and 90 mm deep (D), for internal mounting. The desk adapter offers plenty of space for routing HDMI or DVI cables or network plugs. The desk is 200 mm high ex works. Non-standard dimensions are available on request. The rear wall of the desk is bolted on as standard. An ergonomically designed profile handle system is available for even more convenient handling, particularly with the deeper profile versions. There is also a 450-mm wide latching keyboard holder as an alternative to the desk, which can be enhanced and/or extended by an additional mouse holder.
profiCASE
profiCASE is an economical alternative for panel PCs up to 10" and all types of electronic components. Thanks to its robust design, it is perfectly suited for both modern mechanical engineering and vehicle construction. The integration of genuine hinges without additional effort has been optimally achieved in this series. After ‘hooking’ the covers and securing them with locking screws, they become ‘compact cabinets’. The two profiCASE enclosures are available with the option of rear screw mounting – i.e. without screws visible from the front – (PCD) or with front screw mounting – for example, for direct wall mounting – (PCV). All enclosures have domes in the lower section that offer the option of mounting with VESA 100 while remaining completely sealed. It is also possible to connect them to the profiPLUS and taraSMART suspension arm systems in a standing or hanging configuration.
