Planning, controlling and monitoring all material flow processes
OPUS//WMS, as the core module of the OPUS//SUITE, covers all areas of warehouse management. As an inventory management system, OPUS//WMS controls and monitors all warehouse processes, transport, order fulfillment, as well as provision and allocation. Warehouse management from simple manual to complex automatic warehouses with extensive conveyor systems, palletizers, etc. can be implemented with OPUS//WMS. The material flow is optimized and, if necessary, largely automated. In the control center, you keep a complete overview of all processes in the warehouse. The system actively supports you in your day-to-day business and draws your attention to any action required. Evaluations can be visualized at the touch of a button using a configurable dashboard. Selection of functions: - Goods receipt - Goods issue - Order picking - Loading - Packaging and shipping - Multi-storage capability - Multi-client capability - Inventory (cut-off date, permanent, etc.) - Best before dates - Traceability (batches) - Inventory management - Order management - Control center - Quality assurance - Active action notifications - Replenishment - Weight control and restriction - Consignment - Empties and loading aids - Cross docking - Dangerous goods handling - Returns management - Training kit - and much more.

Comprehensive control and easy monitoring of your production at any time
OPUS//MES is used to organize and control all processes at the production level of a manufacturing company. OPUS//MES combines the control and monitoring of automated processes as well as manual operations of any kind or transport processes. Manufacturing units, production lines, special intermediate storage facilities close to production as well as silo and tank systems with their specific controls are also integrated. MES therefore closes existing information gaps between sub-processes and completely maps production as a whole. Our system has algorithms specially developed for the food industry and optimizes batch or lot size production from pre-production through intermediate products to the finished packaged commercial unit of the sales item. Your advantages: - Process planning - Provision and replenishment - Internal transport - Material or ingredient entry - Evaluations and statistics - Logging - Traceability according to EU178/2002 - Universal, bidirectional OPC interface

Transport optimization of industrial trucks, storage and retrieval machines & automated conveyor technology
OPUS//WCS is the solution for extensive, complex transport tasks. The control of automated conveyor technology is covered as well as the organization and assignment of orders for industrial trucks and storage and retrieval machines with the aim of optimizing transport. The OPUS//WCS module combines all functions that go beyond the processing of simple transport orders in the WMS. Criteria for the use of OPUS//WCS are the connection of automated warehouses, the handling of complex multi-stage transport networks and the management of larger pools of transport providers with the aim of optimizing transport resources. The OPUS//TCS configuration tool makes it possible to easily and conveniently implement even very complex requirements for material flow control simply by parameterizing. - Shortening of travel routes and times - Transparency of all transport processes - Optimization of vehicle utilization - Improved vehicle availability - Acceleration of goods turnover - Improved utilization of warehouse space
