Products & services

Planning & project engineering
Project planning is the cornerstone of a good and successfully implemented application. Here all important technical details are discussed and solutions are worked out for the specific customer and solutions are worked out. Our well-trained staff and the certification according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 provide the security in the planning process that complex projects require. require. The main tasks of our project planning team are: - Preparation of project flow charts - Conceptualization of machine safety / risk analysis etc. - Thermal calculation of switchgear - Design of suitable equipment - Circuit diagram creation with EPLAN P8 - Drawing of general and layout drawings - Preparation of terminal diagrams, bills of materials and cable lists - Elaboration of PLC specifications - Assembly planning - Preparation of documentation

Control construction - Manufacturing
After the project planning, the manufacturing of the switchgears starts in our house. Since the construction of electrical control systems requires a high degree of experience and know-how, it is important to have a reliable partner at your side. Even larger switchgears do not pose any problems for us, thanks to our spacious production hall. All control systems are manufactured according to today's state of the art and in compliance with all current standards. Each plant is simulated and factory approved before delivery. All important measurements are carried out in the test stand with final logging of the relevant results. Whether it is terminal boxes, small control cabinets or complex systems, we have the necessary capacity to manufacture your series in our factory. By using auxiliary equipment, such as semi-automatic machines for cutting to length or crimping, production times can be reduced and costs lowered.

Machining center
Thanks to our state-of-the-art, computer-controlled machining center, we are able to manufacture individual systems, entire series and large projects quickly, reproducibly and with the highest precision at reduced costs. No drilling, no crooked cut-outs, the quality differences to conventional machining by hand are striking. We also offer the machining of mounting plates and housings for other circuit builders. On request, we also equip the mounting plates with cable ducts and mounting rails.

Programming
PLCs (programmable logic controllers) have become indispensable in the world of automation. They prescribe all processes to the machine and ensure smooth operation. The programming of fail-safe PLC controls (F-CPUs) is also part of our daily business and is no challenge for us. Furthermore, we have programming devices with S5 interface for old S5 controls and are able to offer you support here as well. If you have existing plants, which are not equipped with Siemens controls, this is no reason not to contact us. We are also able to program PLCs from other manufacturers, read out errors and get your machine up and running again.

Visualization
The visualization connects the operator side with the machine side. A complex machine with many different tasks is easier for the operator to control and monitor via visualization than with conventional pushbuttons and message displays. The familiarization period for new machine operators can be shortened enormously thanks to logical operating elements. The machine parameters can be conveniently set via touch screen or mouse in the smallest possible space. The graphic display of a malfunction enables easy localization. Visualizations can be created on graphic displays, touch panels or even on industrial PCs.

BDE & MDE
Production and machine data acquisition means: The collection of information needed for the processes of a smooth operation. By reading out machine statuses and simultaneously evaluating reasons for downtime, it is possible to improve production processes and uncover weak points in production. An improvement in throughput, quality and the reduction of downtimes are the result. The following points are recorded as standard and can be extended to the smallest detail at the customer's request: - Production quantities - cycle times - machine utilization - downtimes - reasons for downtimes - Machine conditions - Energy consumption This results in various advantages: - Analysis of production processes - Optimization of machine running times - Evaluation of machine downtimes - Reporting of machine malfunctions via SMS or e-mail - Provision of data for the continuous improvement process

Drive systems
The type of application determines whether a drive must be speed, torque, position or velocity controlled. It is determined which type of motor and inverter is required for your desired application. We create a customized concept for your application. Through our certified drive engineers, we are able to be your partner in all important aspects. This includes for example: - Single axis systems - multi-axis systems - Positioning, angular synchronization and cam plate applications - Calculations of drives and loads under specification of customer data - Safety-related applications - Simple basic inverter applications - Implementation of drives in higher-level control systems

Machine safety
In recent years, safety standards have become one of the most important aspects of project planning. Therefore, it is essential to have a competent partner at your side who has the knowledge of the legal requirements and safety standards. It is important for us to work closely with the customer to develop the right safety concept for your application. Our experts are available for you in the field of machine safety and can cover areas such as declarations of conformity, safety analyses, validation processes, as well as certifications of complete plants for you.

ATEX - ATmosphères EXplosibles
The necessity and importance of explosion protection regulations has grown with the ongoing progress in industrialization. Explosion hazards must be considered not only in the chemical and mining industries, but also in other areas of the manufacturing industry. In addition to the well-known classic areas such as mills, warehouses for grain, etc., there are further production areas, for example in the textile industry or the wood processing industry, in which increased processing speeds and increased mechanization lead to greater abrasion of the materials involved and thus to an increased hazard potential. Due to the trend towards ever larger production units, higher production volumes and not least because of adapted legal regulations, the number of potentially affected companies has increased. We can support you in the following areas: - Installation of new plants - Modernization of existing plants - Inspection of existing plants according to DIN EN 60079-17

Assembly & Commissioning
We are on the road at home and abroad for electrotechnical installations and commissioning and can implement the following services for you, in compliance with the applicable standards and directives: - Planning - coordination - management - material procurement - Installation of cable trays - Laying of load, control and data lines - Installation of bus systems like AS-i, Profibus, Profinet etc. - Installation and connection of control cabinets and terminal boxes - Installation and connection of motors, sensors and actuators - VDE measurement - I/O check and commissioning

Retrofit
"Retrofit" refers to the renewal of the aging machine. Here it is important to consider whether the functions are to be retained or whether an extension or modification of the functions is desired. Depending on the type of adaptations, it may be necessary to bring the machine up to the latest state of the art in terms of safety. Through our specialists, we have the necessary knowledge to keep your old machine working safely, economically and efficiently for you for the next few years.

Conversion S5 -S7
A more favorable variant to a complete retrofit of your plant is the exchange of the Siemens SIMATIC S5 components into new SIMATIC S7 components. The last S5 components are no longer available from Siemens since 2016 and spare parts are very difficult and overpriced to obtain from third-party suppliers. Also by far not every programmer is familiar with the handling of these controllers nowadays. React ahead of time and avoid expensive machine downtimes. We realize your conversion and transfer your machine back into today's age. Your advantages: - More efficiency - More safety in your process - Very good and fast - availability of spare parts - Low downtime costs - Clear visualization of the - machine possible - Integration of machine and - production data possible - Many extension possibilities
