MBJ Imaging GmbH develops, produces and distributes LED lighting and controllers for industrial image processing.
Lighting as a core component for industrial image processing is crucial for the performance of an automatic inspection system. MBJ Imaging offers inexpensive yet high-quality standard lighting based on the latest LED technology. Made in Germany.

Design your own light - Flexible LED Lighting
Design your own lighting. Our flexible bar lights, back or top lights can be easily customized to your application. The illuminations can be scaled in steps of 100mm. The incident and backlights in width and length up to a maximum size of 800mm x 1000mm. The flex bar light even up to a maximum length of 1.6 meters. For the Flex bar light we also offer optical foils or lenses to change the light characteristics. The beam can thus be used as a line light, diffuse, polarized or collimated. MBJ LED Controller
LED controller from MBJ are the ideal accessories for external LED lighting control. Our controllers are easy to mount on a DIN rail and connect with 24V. Settings are done directly on the controller or via RS232. Our 4-channel controller offers an Ethernet connection with which it is possible to communicate via the Modbus protocol. The 4 channel controller CTR-52 allows the individual control of to 4 LED lights.

MBJ Backlights
This homogeneous backlight is ideal for inspecting and measuring outlines. The lateral coupling of the LED light ensures a very homogeneous radiation over the surface, which increases the quality of the test result. The MBJ backlight is characterized by its very compact format with a low height of only 12 mm.
