Next Level AI Vision-Sensor
Compared to conventional vision sensors, the IV4 series AI vision sensor automatically adjusts all image and detection settings using artificial intelligence. The powerful AI enables the sensor to be set up quickly and easily with maximum stability. The IV4 Series can detect parts without using position adjustment, can check if the correct amount of parts are in their proper location, and can read and count targets under tough conditions by using the new AI-OCR tool. Increased brightness, wide-and-narrow field-of-view options, and highly optimized built-in hardware mean that the IV4 is highly stable against environmental concerns like ambient lighting or slight finish changes. Even applications that are difficult for conventional vision sensors can be solved easily with the IV4 and its AI tools.

Image processing systems
Image processing systems for rapid surface and contour inspection. Line scan cameras: With a new combination of high-performance cameras, intelligent illumination and specialised algorithms, even tiny defects are automatically detected. With the LumiTrax™ mirror reflection mode, several images can be generated from one image sequence, depending on the application, so that users can select the image data relevant to the defect in question. The LED pointers built into each of these cameras also allow us to immediately define the area to be captured during the installation of the system. Inline 3D inspection system for measuring and inspection tasks: With our multispectral 3D measurement system, you can take simple, automated measurements. This system relies on a high-resolution CMOS sensor, four LED projectors and a telecentric lens package - which produces depth-sharp 3D colour images for any application and inline. Application areas include: - Printed circuit boards/solder joints: Height inspection of assembled parts, solder joint inspections. - Welding: weld seam inspection - Medical consumables: cap inspection - Ceramics: protective cover inspection The system offers a wide range of applications and impresses with its precision, stability and ease of set-up.

High-precision measurement sensors
Transmitted light systems: In the field of high-precision measurement technology, we not only offer displacement sensors and profile sensors, but also transmitted light systems for the non-contact inspection of your products. They can be used for a wide range of measuring tasks, including the measurement of diameters, gaps and film thicknesses, making them suitable for a variety of applications. Hereby we distinguish between our 1D- & 2D- light band micrometers: - 1D light band micrometers: these sensors impress with their very high measuring accuracy and a very high sampling rate of up to 16 kHz. - 2D light band micrometers: these sensors also impress with their very high accuracy and enable you to measure up to 16 features simultaneously. Displacement and profile sensors: In the field of high-precision measurement technology, we offer you a wide range of measurement systems to optimise your production processes and increase production quality. A wide variety of measuring tasks can be realised, including the measurement of material thicknesses, measurement of concentricity, distance and position measurements, as well as profile and outer diameter measurements. Robot-Vision – Bin picking
Robot-Vision – Bin picking in a new way Our Bin Picking System delivers the perfect combination of hardware & software. The newly developed 3D search uses four separate cameras to create a 3D image - so optimal results can be achieved without dead zones. As a result, your components are stably detected, regardless of position or orientation. The automatic calculation of the optimal robot path incl. gripper significantly reduces the time required to create robot programmes. At the same time, stable operation can be guaranteed. In addition, unnecessary corrections after commissioning can be avoided in advance by simulating the bin picking concept. #Bin picking #Gripping into the box #Feeding technology #Bulk material separation #Component feeding #Position detection #Robot vision

Process sensors / process control
Products for quick and simple monitoring of process-relevant parameters. These include temperatures, flow rates, consumption values, deviations or leakages of liquids, gases or pressures. Flow sensors: media-independent monitoring of the flow rate or flow quantity. Flow sensors are used for monitoring flow rates and flow quantities. KEYENCE's flow sensors can be installed without interfering with the pipe system by simply clamping the sensors to the pipe from the outside. Depending on the model, the flow sensors can detect liquids or compressed air and gases and monitor them in a process-stable manner. Pressure and air pressure sensors: pressure monitoring in pneumatic and hydraulic systems Pressure sensors can measure the pressure of various media (gases and liquids). Since a pressure sensor can measure the pressure in the pipe of a system or device during operation, value-based condition discrimination is possible. Compared to pressure gauges, the compact pressure sensors offer greater installation flexibility. In addition to pressure readings on the main unit or amplifier, connecting the sensor to a PLC or computer allows remote monitoring of measurements from multiple pressure sensors. The data collected by the pressure sensors is also useful for trend analysis and predictive maintenance. Temperature sensors: Non-contact or clamp-on temperature sensors for a wide variety of temperature measurement types up to 1350°C. Component as well as media temperatures can represent important information in the ongoing production process. Our temperature sensors can record data easily and without touching the medium/component.
