Progress® EMC easyCONNECT stainless steel A2
The Progress® EMC easyCONNECT cable gland of A2 stainless steel is new to our product range and generally available from stock. in the assortment and available from stock. It ensures full control during installation and compensates for tolerances in shield thicknesses to always chieve a frim shield grip. The spring system provides for a very good contact of partially stripped shielding cables equally as well as for the contact of completely exposed cable shields which can be routed further. Immediately recognisable The Progress® EMC easyCONNECT cable gland of A2 stainless steel is immediately recognisable by the EMC/EMCf marking on its lower part. Optimal shield contact The powerful, protective clamping of the cable shield guarantees excellent shield contact and provides for the smallest possible transfer impedance. The shape of the contact spring not only allows for a large clamping range to the shield nut also for easy disassembly without damaging the EMC braid. Best possible sealing Two-part sealing inserts can be adapted to the existing cable diameter on site in just seconds and guarantee perfect sealing in compliance with IP68 and IP69. High resistance to torsion The integrated retaining grooves in the lower part and in the sealing insert grant against twisting. Short or long entry threads Short or long entry threads in metric types M12 - M63 allow secure anchoring of the cable gland with or without an EMC locknut.

EVolution EMC
AGRO has set itself the challenge of developing an EMC cable gland that can withstand the effects of high switching frequencies from DC/DC converters and AC invorters. In this regard, the cable gland’s operational reliability and durability are very important. The result is EVolution EMC, a high-quality solution that impresses in relation to functionality, efficiency and reliability. This significantly shifts previous performance limits and the entire assembly process of cable glands into new dimensions. The pre-assembly and final installation are simplified and significantly more reliable.

Progress® AgreenO
AGRO's Progress® AgreenO products use the material CuZn21Si3P with a maximum lead content of 0.1%. Sustainability and quality are together an important foundation element for the future. Of course, users of these sustainable and future-oriented products do not have to accept any compromises in terms of performance, quality or reliability. The choice of lead-free CuZn21Si3P as material for the Progress® AgreenO range was preceded by a rigorous evaluation process that lasted several months. The suitability of the material was confirmed by numerous tests in the AGRO testing laboratory. Of course, these products also comply with IEC EN 62444 and UL 514B, and meet the demands of protection classes IP68 / IP69.

Pressure balance element steel A4 with membrane
AGRO has developed a new, innovative pressure balance element of A4 stainless steel (EN 1.4404 / AISI 316L) for use in stainless housings (patent pending), which is unsurpassed in terms of robustness and offers the highest impact resistance in accordance with IEC EN 62262, Class IK10. It combines high-quality materials with an innovative design and is able to enduringly withstand the most challenging conditions – from demanding industrial processes involving aggressive cleaning agents and chemicals to harsh environmental conditions in coastal regions or on the ocean. A high-performance membrane ensures rapid, reliable air exchange with flow rates that are second to none. It is made of PTFE (polyterafluoroethylene) and has pores that are hundreds of times bigger than water vapour molecules, but thousands of times smaller than water droplets. The membrane, which is water- and oil-repellent, offers a very high degree of protection: IP66 / IP68 (0.5bar/1h) / IP69 / IP6K9K. The wide temperature range, from -40 °C to +150 °C, is another highlight of the new pressure balance element, which is unique on the market and fulfils every need. The product features an M12x1.5 entry thread. The membrane is RoHS- and REACH-compliant, and free of PFOA and PFOS.

AGRO MCE EMV MULTI CABLE ENTRY
A true innovation: Well-proven cable gland technology per EN 62444 in a cable entry unit for multiple cables. To date, the multiple-cable-entry solutions available on the market have proved unsatisfactory for many users. Either they do not achieve the required values in relation to sealing or strain relief, or their installation is time-consuming – a fact that quickly becomes apparent in the overall cost analysis. AGRO has been developing and manufacturing high-quality cable glands in accordance with EN 62444 for over 65 years. The know-how gained from this in relation to radial compression fabrication of sealing items is now being used for the fi rst time in cable feedthroughs. The specially-designed and reliable strain relief, together with the use of tested sealing units make MCE an innovative, extremely robust and dependable cable entry system. Multiple feedthroughs are widely used in various industries. They fi nd application where a number of cables are to be fed, close together. Compared to the use of numerous individual cable glands, the compact MCE solution saves space and users can benefi t from the effi cient, easily manageable installation process it facilitates – even where space is very limited. Fields of application include infrastructure projects (e.g. tunnels, IT data centres and telecommunication networks), control cabinet and plant construction, the processing industry, and vehicle, shipping, offshore and energy technology
Progress® aqua
Certified cable glands for drinking water applications With the Progress® aqua series, the KAISER Group is the first manufacturer to offer a cable gland which is certified for drinking water applications. For reasons of health and hygiene, lawmakers have tightened the limits worldwide for the substances which drinking water is permitted to contain. In this case we are using lead as an example. Because of the risk to health which lead represents, on December 1, 2013, the limit value for lead was lowered to 10μg/l. Products which are used in the drinking water sector must comply with the requirements specified in the Foodstuffs and Commodities Act and also the Drinking Water Ordinance. The structural and technical condition of a plant and/or components used in the supply of drinking water must meet high quality standards. As a result of the guidelines in the DVGW (the German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water), all fittings, devices, components and installation materials used in the distribution of water must consist of authorised materials. This is to ensure that the materials in the water supply do not release any undesirable substances into the drinking water or promote the growth of microorganisms. All the materials in the Progress® aqua satisfy the requirements of KTW W270, and in this way they comply with the Drinking Water.
Certified Test Laboratory
The test laboratory at the Hunzenschwil location in Switzerland is the main point of contact for product qualifications and testing for the entire KAISER GROUP, and carries out evaluation, testing and certification of a wide range of products from across the group. The test laboratory fulfils the relevant requirements of IECEE OD-2048 and OD ECS 035 / OD ECS 037 relating to the acceptance of test reports in the CTF/MTL procedure. Our laboratory complies with the applicable requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories). We offer - Testing in accordance with general test standards or individual client specifications - Planning, organisation and carrying out of the tests - Performance testing of your specific cable in combination with our cable gland
