Jade Pack. We develop and produce board and paper for sustainable packaging.
Our products are used by many international food and consumer goods manufacturers. In cooperation with our customers in various industrial sectors, we develop innovative, economically viable and always recyclable product solutions. We ensure a reliably high product quality by a highly qualified team, by our technological lead in production as well as quality control according to international standards.

Our fiber-based laminates for food packaging and industrial applications have a high recycling content at the core and achieve the required technical function with no or extremely low polymer input:
• Circular economy: in general, recyclability is a prerequisite for the development of our products
• Replacement of PE and PET by fiber-based laminates
• Minimal up to zero use of polymers to ensure necessary technical functions, use of ultra-thin monofilms in conjunction with water-based dispersions
• Consistent use of recycling paper and cardboard in the core of the products or on the non-food side

JadeProtec® Antiskid Antislip gecoat papier of karton
Anti-slip coated paper or cardboard with slip angle >65° (TAPPI T-815). FSSC 22000 certified. Recyclable. Anti-skid coated paper or cardboard for all industries. For protection and stabilization of palletized goods. The slip angle of > 65 degrees makes Jade-Protec® Antiskid the best performing product on the market. Production and transport processes can be optimized considerably, realization of savings potentials through reduced use of packaging materials. Certified for direct food contact. Produced in Germany with consistently high quality. Applications Interlayer for pallet stability in packaging of food, tissues, in beverage filling, metal processing, automotive industry, for dairies and bagging plants. Supplied as sheets for manual removal as well as for applications in fully automatic packing lines. With excellent flatness and very good separation for automatic processing. JADEPROTEC® MULTISHIELD PP INDUSTRY
Resource-saving fibre based laminate with moisture and grease barrier Board laminated with ultra thin PP / PET layer, for highest demands on clean surfaces as well as zero abrasion. Qualified for use in the glass industry (dividers and interlayers), and in the production of plastic sealings in the automotive industry. Minimal use of film (4 μ) for optimum surface properties while reducing the use of plastics. Proportion of secondary fibres in the product up to 99%, making it particularly sustainable. Temperature resistant up to 160 degrees. Humidity resistant, with excellent properties in converting. APPLICATIONS Compartments, interlayers, folding cartons, paper and board converting.
JadeProtec® EcoBarrier SUPD-compliant coating for take-away and to-go products
The SUPD-compliant coating for take-away and to-go products and sustainable packaging solutions made from recycled or virgin fiber material. Excellent barrier properties: grease and water repellent. Multilayer, lightweight board for fruit and vegetable packaging (crates and trays), for dry and fatty foods. Suitable for disposable tableware and fast food. Perfect runnability and printability. The packaging of fruit and vegetables demands a lot from a simple board. Packaging must be as lightweight as possible, but at the same time remain stable during packing and logistics in order shine at the POS afterwards. JadeProtec® OvenSafe
Oven-safe, thermoformable board laminate for replacing conventional PET dishes and trays, for dry, moist and fatty foods. Suitable for ready meals and fast food. JadeProtec® OvenSafe is the ideal board for baking directly in the primary packaging. Sealable. Heat resistant up to 220 degrees for 90 minutes, food safe, thermoformable, provides an excellent migration barrier against moisture and fats. The barrier layer, fiber-free surface and high temperature resistance make JadeProtec®OvenSafe the ideal board for baking directly in the tray. JadeProtec® Multishield S
Highly effective composite material with internal barrier of ultra-thin film. Fully recyclable because separable in paper processing. Not extruded. Highly efficient, optimized board laminate for technical packaging requirements with excellent migration barrier against moisture, gases and greases. The invisible barrier layer and high resistance to gases make Multishield S an invisible all-rounder in the packaging sector. Recyclable, minimal polymer content. The proportion of secondary fiber in the composite is up to 99%, making JadeProtec® Multishield S particularly sustainable.
