About us
Founded in Japan in 1946, ITOH DENKI has pioneered the development of motorised drive roller (MDR) technology for material handling conveyors.
We now have a presence on all continents, with dedicated assembly facilities, R&D and sales offices in Europe.

MABS - multi angle diverter for high troughput sortations
The MABS (Multi Angle Ball Sorter) is the most versatile and powerful diverter module in our range. With up to 4 entries and exits, it can smoothly and quickly transfer products at 30°, 45° or 90°. With a throughput of up to 4300 cases/hour, it brings a boost in sortation capacity at the highest traffic hubs of the line. The 175mm thin MABS modules are available in a variety of widths and can be combined together, to suit the size of the products to transfer.
F-RAT NX - 90° diverter
The F-RAT NX is a multidirectional 90° diverter module, used for routing, merging and sorting applications. Its unique flat transfer sequence ensures the smooth and quick diverting of even the most fragile products. With its compact cassette format, the F-RAT NX has a reduced footprint and can be easily fitted into both new or repurposed conveyor lines. Entirely powered by 24VDC brushless motors, it provides high safety standard, easy installation and low maintenance.
MRAT - heavy loads 90° diverter
The MRAT lateral diverter is designed to smoothly divert unit loads weighting up to 250kg. With its compact cassette design, it can be integrated in any type of new or repurposed conveyor frame, serving up to 3 exits. Fully powered with 24Vdc without any pneumatics, to drastically simplify integration into a safe conveyor application and increase reliability while limiting the need for maintenance. The MRAT can be used in cold environment, up to -30°C.
POWER MOLLER - Motor Driven Rollers
Developed and optimised for more than four decades, Itoh Denki’s motorised drive rollers or MDRs are the heart of advanced automated conveyor systems across a variety of industries and innovative logistics centres around the world. MDRs are used in the design of high-capacity, cost-efficient, flexible, reliable and safe installations. Through extensive customisation options, our MDR range can efficiently drive most types of conveyor applications, whether light, medium or heavy loads. MDR technology enables uninterrupted, automated material flows, all the way through the intralogistics process (reception, storage, order preparation, shipping, assembly etc.) MDRs are controlled either by internal circuit boards or external controllers. Control technologies can range from standard control features (speed, directions, etc.), through ZPA integrated logic, to intelligent, fully programmable IoT networked controllers.
