About us
The German S7 system provider INSEVIS stands for S7 PLCs, S7 HMIs and S7 software made in Germany. The S7 CPUs can be programmed with Siemens SimaticManager/Classic and (!) TIA Portal and correspond to an S7-315-2PNDP in terms of command range and performance, but include CANopen, Modbus-TCP, 2 (separate) Ethernet and a serial CP with RS232 and 485. The HMIs are projected with a (WinCCflexible-like) free software and can be duplicated remotely without costs. A conversion tool from TIA WinCC projects to INSEVIS format has been available since 2021.

S7-Automation products
The German S7 system provider INSEVIS was not only reliable able to deliver during Corona and the chip crisis, but also stands for S7 PLCs, S7 HMIs and S7 IIoT gateways made in Germany. The S7 CPUs can be programmed with Siemens SimaticManager/Classic and (!) Siemens TIA Portal and correspond to an S7-315-2PNDP in terms of command range and performance, but include CANopen, Modbus-TCP, 2 (separate) Ethernet and a serial CP with RS232 and 485. Flexibly configurable I/O modules are available onboard or remote. The compact connection of S7 PLCs with HMIs (and optionally also with I/Os) creates an S7-compatible solution for the smallest dimensions. The HMIs are configured with free software (similar to WinCCflexible) and can be duplicated remotely at no cost. Meanwhile the range will be expanded to include edge HMIs with the IoT functions of the INSEVIS gateways and automatically generated web visualisation. The VPN-enabled INSEVIS gateways collect 2,000 data points every 100ms from up to 100 PLCs and make them available as an OPC UA server and MQTT client (pub/sub) and also include NodeRED for special customer applications.

The S7 CPUs are to be programmed with Siemens TIA Portal and correspond to an S7-315-2PNDP in terms of command range and performance, but already include CANopen, 2 (separate) Ethernet, Modbus-TCP and -RTU and a serial CP with RS232 and 485. The INSEVIS-S7 panels are projected with a (WinCCflexible-like) free software, have an S7 connection to an S7-CPU and can be duplicated remotely without costs. A converter from TIA-WinCC projects to INSEVIS format is available. Everything is currently deliveryable.

S7-Panel-SPS
Panel-SPS als kompakte Einheit von HMI und S7-SPS Eine Panel-SPS bedeutet steuern, visualisieren, kommunizieren auf kleinstem Raum. Die kompakteste Art zu automatisieren – und mit einer INSEVIS- Panel-SPS auch die wirtschaftlichste. IP65-dichte Metallfront, rückseitig ein Metallgehäuse und S7-programmierbar in STEP®7 mit dem SimaticManager oder dem TIA-Portal® von Siemens. Diese Panel-SPS sind zudem ausgerüstet mit umfangreichen Kommunikationskanälen wie Ethernet, Modbus-TCP und -RTU, CANopen sowie RS232 und RS485 und optional mit Profibus DP oder Profinet IO Controller. Dazu können onboard- und/oder dezentral Peripheriebaugruppen in feinen Abstufungen montiert werden. Offen für Fremdperipherie und geschlossen für illegale Kopierer. S7-Kompakt-SPS
S7-Hutschienen-Steuerungen mit Onboard-Vorsprung Diese S7-SPS sind programmierbar in STEP®7 mit dem SimaticManager oder dem TIA-Portal® von Siemens. Ausgerüstet mit genügend Speicher, umfangreichen Kommunikationskanälen wie Ethernet (TCP, UDP und S7-Kommunikation), Modbus-TCP und -RTU, CANopen sowie RS232 und RS485 und optional Profibus DP-Master/-Slave bzw. Profinet IO Controller. Sonderfunktionsbausteine und eine kostenlose Remote-Visualisierung erlauben umfangreiche Mehrfunktionen ohne Mehrbudget, alles unter S7. Mit Onboard- und/oder dezentraler Peripherie in feinen Abstufungen. Ausführung in robusten und EMV-festen Metallgehäusen für den Temperaturbereich von -20…+60°C und auf Wunsch gelabelt mit Ihrem Logo. Ein wirkungsvoller Kopierschutz durch Leseschutz ist onboard möglich ohne Mehrkosten.

S7-Devices mit Onboard-Peripherie
How do a panel, an S7-PLC and so many IO´s fit in a depth of 43mm? INSEVIS shows how 12 digital inputs or outputs, 12 counting inputs, 3 analogue channels, each of which can be configured individually as an input or output and for current or voltage, and another 3 analogue inputs, which can be almost anything, can be combined on a 7″ panel PLC with this panel PLC in a full 44 (!) mm depth. Decentralised field devices are connected via the onboard interfaces Modbus (-TCP and -RTU), CAN (CANopen and Layer2), RS232 and RS485 (free ASCII). The two separately configurable Ethernet interfaces enable integration into your customer’s machine network and, at the same time, service access in a separate network for you.

Worlds most compact S7-Touchpanel-PLC with onboard IOs
Unbelievable but true: one of the fastest panels ever with a 4-fold VNC server, an S7-300 command-compatible CPU and 12dI (counting), 12 dIO (PWM/PushPull), 3 aIO (each current or voltage) and 3aI (all current or voltage or 1xDMS, 2xThermocouple or 3xPT100) are housed in a device with a depth of just 43mm!
