DTS - driven track systems
HepcoMotion´s DTS systems are ready to fit driven linear guide systems. HepcoMotion offers three different types of driven track systems and is thus able to satisfy most needs. The DTS system is the perfect choice for many straight forward applications with low to medium weight. DTS2 was created to offer a solution to applications where for applications with considerable requirements in terms of speed and dynamics even when transporting greater loads. The use of a scroll drive allows rapid indexing to be achieved with superior positional accuracy without the risk of carriage disengagement. DTS+ is the latest addition to the DTS range. It merges the benefits of both systems to create a unique quick to install system that offers great design flexibility. Thanks to an extremely resilient belt fixing mechanism, it copes particularly well with medium to higher loads at greater speed. All DTS systems are extremely flexible and while it is designed as a complete package, parts are also available as components. DTS systems are a fit and forget solution. They are easy to install and because track and bearings are based on HepcoMotion´s V-guide technology, they have a long life span and are low maintenance which also makes these systems an extremely economic choice.
GV3 linear guide system
GV3 is a superior linear motion range designed to serve a diverse range of automation & linear applications. The GV3 range is the core product of HepcoMotion and reflects its long standing experience with linear guide systems and components. The system benefits from the unique advantages of the V-guide technology that HepcoMotion developed over the past 50 years. At its core is the uniqe V shape of bearings and tracks. This specific shape ensures that debris is automatically expelled from the track system through the continuous motion. Combined with precision ground track, this makes it an extremely resilient, silent and precise system suited to the most challenging environments. GV3 can operate with or without lubrication and special bearings are available for high temperatures or for operation in a vacuum. V-guide technology also means that the linear bearings can be adjusted instead of being replaced, reducing maintenance costs and ensuring a long life span, making it an extremely economic choice.
GFX
The GFX Hepco Guidance System for Beckhoff XTS Transport System uses linear servo motor technology to drive movers around a track. The motion of each mover is independently controlled, offering complex high-speed motion profiles without compromising positional accuracy. Combined with HepcoMotion’s proven track systems the highly versatile product is rapidly being adopted within the packaging and manufacturing industries as users benefit from vastly improved production rates with the ability to make on the fly product changes.
DTS+ Track System
The DTS+ track system incorporates key features of Hepco’s PRT track system and original DTS, combining them with a high load capacity connection for carriages to the drive belt. The carriages will not disengage from the belt, allowing transmission of higher driving forces compared to the original DTS conveyor system. Whilst the original DTS will often be the right choice for many applications, the DTS+ is suitable for applications with high loads, a vertical orientation, or where the free space inside the track circuit is required to integrate additional equipment.

DTS2 High Speed Driven Track System
The DTS2 High Speed Driven Track System has been developed for high-speed applications. The use of a scroll drive allows rapid indexing to be achieved with superior positional accuracy without the risk of carriage disengagement. The track system is available with three sizes of slide section (25mm, 44mm and 76mm).

PRT2 Precision Track Systems
PRT2 precision track systems are the ultimate product for combined circular and linear motion. Hepco’s Track Systems are available in oval, rectangular, and “S” bend configurations with multi carriages allowing different assembly operations as part of one continuous system. All elements of the range are available in stainless steel, allowing for extensive use in the food, medical and scientific industries. Hepco’s track systems are a cost effective alternative to traditional conveyor systems.
1-Trak – Innovative Track System
1-Trak is a highly innovative track system product, which re-writes what is possible with linear and rotary motion. Advanced materials and technologies are used to produce systems to almost any two dimensional shape from one piece of material. 1-Trak will save on assembly time and enable “curvi” linear applications previously seen as expensive to be achieved in an easy simple way, with one drive.
Hepco Ball Screw
Hepco’s range of ball screws offer a choice of screw diameters and pitches to suit a wide variety of applications. All single nuts are offered either play free or with controlled backlash. The same range is also available with a higher precision ground ball screw. To further compliment the range there are high lead and miniature ball screws. Popular size rolled ball screws available on short lead times. Rolled or ground ball screws for lower cost commercial or precision applications. Standard DIN nuts are available with rolled ball screws Ø16mm to Ø50mm. Range of high lead pitches for higher speed applications. Miniature screw diameters Ø6mm to Ø14mm available in rolled or ground finish. Ends machined to suit standard range of housings or specific application.
SL2 – Stainless Steel Linear Guide
Featuring all of the benefits of the GV3 system, SL2 is a corrosion resistant, stainless steel linear guide system for use in food and medical industries, or corrosive environments. Offers all of the inherent benefits of GV3 system – But with hardened stainless steel bearings and slides for any application requiring corrosion resistance. Corrosion resistance – Suitable for any application requiring corrosion resistance or for use in specialist environments including clean room, wash down and corrosive environments. A solution for challenging industries – SL2 is ideally suited for nuclear, food and beverage, medical, pharmaceutical, electronic, and scientific applications. Lubrication options – A range of special greases are available for use with food applications, in clean room environments or when performing under extreme temperatures or in a vacuum.
MHD Track Roller System – Maximum Heavy Duty
Designed to transport heavy automation equipment, MHD track roller system accommodates high offset and overhanging loads, and is ideally suited to be used as a 7th axis robot transfer. 7th axis robot transfer – MHD track roller system easily accommodates high offset and overhanging loads up to 136kN, making the system ideally suited to being used as a 7th axis transfer system for robots. Enhanced strength in downward direction – For larger robots with high emergency stop loads, a version using three taper roller bearings is available boosting strength in the downward direction. Hardwearing – Large wheels with axial capacity make the system tolerant of debris, misalignment, disturbance to joints and accidental damage. Low maintenance and durable – Sealed roller bearings are combined with hardened and precision ground flat tracks providing a reliable and low maintenance solution for heavy loads. Simplified installation – The lower bearing wheel of each block can be easily removed, allowing easy assembly onto the tracks by lowering the carriage from above.
