About us
CONTA-CLIP is a medium-sized company based in Hövelhof (North Rhine-Westphalia) and has been producing electrical and electronic connection technology and cable management systems for customers in the automotive, railway and rail technology, conveyor technology, building automation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology, mechanical and plant engineering, measurement and control technology, switchboard construction, shipbuilding, control technology, transformer construction and environmental technology. Our products are divided into six areas: CONTA-CONNECT for terminal blocks and accessories, CONTA-CABLE cable management systems, CONTA-ELECTRONICS for electrical and electronic control cabinet components, CONTA-LABEL for marking systems, CONTA-BOX for enclosure technology and CONTA-CON for PCB terminals and connectors.

Fast, safe and foolproof!
The inverse and modular cable entry system KDSI-SR provides maximum flexibility, enormous time savings as well as safe sealing of cables with or without connectors. The one-piece screw frames allow quick and complete assembly from the outside to the inside. Assembly is very easy, as the simple assembly principle of the KDS system remains virtually unchanged.
Terminals with Push-in connection system
Our wide range of innovative PRK and FRK terminal blocks with the Push-in connection system include feed-through terminals, PE terminals, disconnect terminals, fused terminals, multi-level terminals, installation terminals and initiator terminals, for conductor cross-sections from 0.2 mm² to 25 mm².
HYGIENIC CABLE ENTRY
KES-GB-FDA Cable entry system The KES system consists of two components. The inner core made of polyamide PA 6.6 GF is crucial for stability and strain relief and is overmoulded with TPE in the sealing areas to ensure tightness according to protection class IP66. KES-GB-FDA is snapped onto the enclosure wall from the outside using the snap-in hooks and screwed through the enclosure wall from the inside using the integrated threaded bushings. The blue FDA-compliant TPE sealing material meets the requirements of food approval 1935/2004/EC and (EU) 10/2011.

Relay PPRS with Push-in-System Our PPRS relay bases with push-in connection system are available in versions for two- and four-changeover relays. The bases are designed for a rated voltage of 300 V and can be equipped with relays and the associated plug-in modules and status displays. In order to ensure the vibration safety of the relay, it is possible to mount a retaining bracket. The pluggable external cross-connectors and doubled connection elements enable simple potential distribution.

Remote control solution or remote maintenance solution GSM-PRO2E-4G The GSM module GSM-PRO2 is a 2G/3G and 4G remote control / remote maintenance solution to monitor and control decentralized systems or plants. The GSM-PRO2(E) module informs you when the process reaches a userdefined status or limit value. Digital and analogue inputs values can also be transmitted via e-mail or SMS (text message). The digital relay outputs can be switched using an SMS sent from the decentralized control room or from the service technician. The process can be monitored and The available Iphone - and Android apps simplify the monitoring and controlling of the GSM-PRO2(E) module.
LEAN SOLUTION
Retrofittable SMS module GSM-TMM for sending fault messages In the case of stand-alone systems with a missing connection, the monitoring of controls can require considerable personnel expenditure due to inspection rounds. For such scenarios, CONTA-CLIP now offers a particularly economical solution that is easy to retrofit with the SMS modem GSM-TMM. The module automatically sends the signal emitted by the controll fault output as an SMS to up to five recipients. All systems with live alarm outputs, such as pumps and ventilation systems, can be monitored reliably and in a resource-saving manner. By using the mobile radio standards LTE-M or NB-IoT, the GSM-TMM guarantees inexpensive and energy-saving operation.
KDSI-SR G Inverted cable entry system with split frame
Cable entries for every application! The inverse and modular KDSI-SR-G cable entry system offers maximum flexibility and time savings in terms of cable management for control cabinets, enclosures and machines, as well as the secure sealing of cables with and without connectors. The two-part screw frames enable service-friendly and flexible cable assembly from the outside to the inside. The screwless, horizontally latching frame halves lock positively into place using a dovetail solution and are equipped with a double, overlapping TPE seal. This ensures tightness in accordance with protection class IP66. The KDSI-SR-G cable entries fit standard cut-outs for 4-, 10-, 16- and 24-pin heavy-duty connectors.

Our PPVK push-in potential distribution terminals offer the ideal solution for avoiding incorrect wiring in the power supply within the control cabinet, especially when there are a large number of cables. They enable structured and clear power distribution within AC and DC control circuits. Thanks to their compact design and reduced wiring requirements, the power supply for your equipment in the control cabinet can be implemented easily, efficiently, and in a space-saving manner.

The KDS-SR cable entry system saves installation time and enables efficient and flexible working. The sealing elements can be released by pressing them inwards from the outside. Changes, retrofitting, service work or the readjustment of cable lengths can therefore be carried out at any time without dismantling the frame.
